Chad captures all the very special moments you want to remember in the most dazzling and natural way. He photographed me and Pierre in our back yard for my mother’s 90^th birthday… and we loved the results. Colorful, dynamic, humorous, crisp! He was wonderful in the way he brought out our best. He was professional and personal! I absolutely loved working with him, and you will too.

Chad was AMAZING! He was the photographer for my wedding about 2 weeks ago. I would like to start off by saying that he’s very friendly and accommodating. He made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He feels like a best friend that you haven’t seen in awhile. We weren’t really sure what we wanted, but Chad definitely knows what he’s doing. Chad was very knowledgable. Everyone at the wedding was impressed with him. We had a backyard wedding. He came over the day before and met the whole family and talked with us about what we would do. He talked about what would work and give us heads up on thinks like lighting and what looks attractive in photos. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Chad! You will not be disappointed.

First, I need to start by saying Chad has incredible patience. He’s been dealing with me during shooting for my wedding, and he’s been nothing but pleasant and kind. He’s shot both my engagement photo sessions, and will be shooting my wedding next weekend. He has an immaculate attention to detail while still having a perfected artistic eye. We wanted shots all over downtown Austin, and he knew every angle to take, which time of day would be best at each location, and what to incorporate into the shot. Our engagement photos came out spectacular! We’ve had compliment after compliment from family and friends. What’s unique about Chad is that he makes you feel like your input and your ideas are actually good, and that he’s listening to them and wanting to use them. It really helped us be a part of it. It wasn’t just his image and his image only. He made us feel like we created the product just as much as he did, and that’s a truly special quality to have with a professional photographer. His energy and zest helped us overcome the disappointment of rain during one of our shoots. He was just so positive about it which helped us just relax and enjoy it. We are so lucky to have found him and I know he will do a stellar job for our wedding. He’s a hidden gem in Austin!

We had Chad take pictures of my son’s 3^rd bday party. Chad is a thorough professional and very pleasant to deal with. Missed some candid shots but overall we were happy with the pics.

Chad came to take photos of our family when our baby was five weeks old. He was very professional in the planning of the session. More importantly he was very friendly, flexible, and patient with the actual photo session. He was willing to work with my zany ideas of getting our pet chickens, standard poodle, overly tired 5 yo, and 5 week old baby in all the shots. Loved the outcome. We will be having him take our future family photos.

We met Chad today for the 1^st time to take our family/​1year old photos, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Every parent stresses about capturing that perfect moment, and Chad did just that. I’m so impressed by how we worked with my son that I’m writing this review before I even see the final photos! There wasn’t one shot that he showed us that we didn’t love, I can’t wait to see the final work! I would highly recommend working with Chad, he was excellent!

Oh and just an amazing all around person.
I came across Chad almost three years ago and hired him for an event during SXSW which was absolutely madness. Not only did he arrive completely prepared to maximize the photos of the event, he did a video for me, you know, just for fun. It was outstanding.
Since then, I’ve hired him for events no less than 15 times. He’s super flexible, always early or on time for your gig, affordable, great with guests and making people feel at ease. He is also amenable to direction (e.g. list of product shots) which I’ve found is not always the case.
As a somewhat professional event planner, it’s crucial that I have the right person to capture the look and feel of the event, but also to make both consumers and businesses at the event happy. Chad makes that happen. HIs photos are always of the highest quality and his turnaround time is amazing, which is just perfect when you’re trying to do quick follow up with event sponsors and attendees. I know when I’ve got Chad at an event, things are going to go smoothly and everyone’s going to have a new profile pic.
If you hire him now, you can be sure that in the future you’ll be saying «Oh yeah, that guy shot my _​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​before he was famous.»

I can’t say enough nice things about Chad! He was incredibly responsive, very flexible when weather was an issue and delivered our photos within 48 hours– which is record time. His work was great and people keep commenting on how nice the pictures are.

I hired Chad as a surprise for my family to get some updated family photos. He was prompt to return my call, had decent availability, and kept good communication. He asked the right questions to get a sense of my family and even suggested photo shoot sites since I’m still relatively new to Austin.
The day of the shoot he was early, friendly and prepared. This was an 8am Sunday meeting time so I was impressed. Our son is not easily focused, him being 5 and all, and Chad and his assistant were able to work with him and get some great family photos and not the usual: us looking at the camera and the kiddo off in space or a blur.
I was very pleased with him the subtlety touched up photos and will be doing this again in 6 months.

Chad was very nice and so patient, and I am confident that the pictures are going to turn out amazing after he showed me a few of them on site. He was on time (maybe even early — he certainly beat me there!), had professional equipment, and came with ideas of places to shoot but was also flexible to going with whatever situation came up. I would definitely recommend him and use him again. I will update when we get the pictures back.

Chad is a talented, professional, and friendly photographer. I purchased a deal with Chad for our engagement photos and couldn’t be happier!
Our original shoot date was horribly rainy and Chad happily agreed to reschedule. That was amazing since our rescheduled date couldn’t have been sunnier. On the day of, Chad arrived early (we were running late, of course!!!) and really wanted to know if we had any special requests before starting.
He captured really beautiful moments of me and my fiancé as the sun rose over the Capitol building.
Chad used a variety of styles in shooting our pictures. Some were more romantic and soft looking, while others were clear, sharp, and stunning. I’m not sure what the one-​star review for Chad is all about because our photos came out looking flawless.
Give Chad a «shot» and you won’t regret it.

I have used Chad’s services numerous times over the last 10 years. He has done everything from personal photography, business photography, building photo backgrounds, and helping me locate/​buy professional photography equipment. He is an ace. His eye catches that something that shows up in the photography shots he takes. If you have the opportunity, look through his pictures, you’ll see what I mean.
I cannot recommend him highly enough.
