Charles Ball is an excellent piano technician. The touch and sound of our pianos are incredible after he’s done. He also takes the guesswork out by reminding us what kind of services our pianos need.
Two years ago, one of our children were playing incorrectly on her piano caused the piano wore out sooner than expected. He told us the piano condition and expressed concern about her hands. We heeded his advice, changed the piano teacher and she has been making great progress since.
Charles Ball has tuned our pianos over a decade now and we were really happy with his service and friendship.

Charles is by far one of the best technicians in the industry and would recommend him to anybody. Have had the pleasure of working with over 10 years and always seems to amaze me on what he can do with a piano. I think he has a 6th sense when it comes to pianos!
