Rick was super knowledgable about my 69 beetle and had it up and running in no time. You can really sense a type of customer first attitude here. The work was done at a reasonable cost and at a timely manner. I would recommend this family owned shop to any VW owner. Thanks guys for everything!!!

I called the day before advised I would be dropping my car off first thing in the morning the following day in order for my car to be repaired while I was at work my hours are 7 – 4 I called mid afternoon to check the status and had to leave a voice mail thinking maybe they were to busy to answer. At 445 I arrive to pickup my vehicle and they hadn’t even started on it. I sat there until nine pm waiting for old man Crabtree to finish my car. Finally got my car drove home and my car sat parked over night. The first thing next morning at 630am I got in my car started it and within 15 minutes of my vehicle running my check engine light came on the very reason I went to Crabtree in the first place to have repaired by these two Yahoo’s. Don’t go there it’s not recommended unless you like dealing with Yahoo’s

Very honest and could have taken us for a ride… did not! When others were saying my engine was bad and needed to be replaced — he was very quick to say that may not be the case! He was able to diagnose and fix at a fair price. Saving me from having to buy a new car for a few more thousand miles. Thanks!
