This place should be shut down with the shady deals and the lies upon lies they tell you about there merchandise.
i came in Sunday and bought a mod and a tank they assured nay promised me the mod is going to last more than half a day.
came home popped a new battery in the mod and vaped about 3 times. and i took at a look at the battery it says its half full… i was like maybe its reading it wrong or something so i vaped a few more times and i had to change the battery not enough power. it went thru 3 of my brand new Samsung battery that i bought from createacig a week before.
So today Monday (the next day). i went to see if i could change it out or get a different mod instead. THESE ASSTARDS DIDN’T EVEN TAKE A LOOK AT THE MOD JUST TOLD ME SINCE ITS NOT A MANUFACTURERS DEFECT I COULDN’T GET A REFUND, OR THE SAME MOD. THEY TOLD ME THERE NOTHING WE CAN DO EVEN THO I BOUGHT IT YESTERDAY AND I’M SURE ITS THE MANUFACTURERS DEFECT, THIS IS SUM BULL SHIT ASS PLACE.

I’ve stopped in a couple of times, for liquid because they are close by, and open at 9. The service is pretty good, but their liquid is just weird and gross. It always ends up tasting like hairspray to me. I can deal with it for a day or two, in a pinch, but bleh…

Was new to the whole vape thing but wanted to try in order to quit smoking. Walked in to a cloud of smoke. @ least it smelled nice. Place was crowded on a Saturday afternoon. I had to wait quite some time to get assistance even though there were about 6 – 7 people working. Once I was finally helped I explained I was new & didn’t know where to start. The attendant was very helpful. She asked a series of questions (my intended use, how long I’d smoked, what I smoked, what flavored I like). She hooked me up with what I think is a decent vape and even gave me a discount! I still feel a little amateur when I go in with people spouting about VG and other acronyms but I never feel too uncomfortable there to ask questions.

I used to despise this place because of the service, but I have to say, it’s outstanding now.
I am confronted and approached the second I walk in, no matter how busy it is. They’re friendly to me, they are knowledgeable, and they also have deals every weekend! Their point system is good, too, because if you buy a certain amount of stuff, that rakes up points that you can get FREE JUICE with! I go to the location on Parmer Ln. in North Austin and it’s my go-​to vape shop.

These guys are awesome. Last night I was driving to get some juice when I realized they were closing soon. So I called them and talked to Justin. Asked him to stay open for me. He said no problem. Then when I got there he hooked me up with my juice without making me feel guilty for making him stay late. Mad props create a CIG for holding onto such a great dude.
I’ve been going here since I bought my first ecig here 2 years ago. Keep up the awesome work guys!

I have been waiting over a month for my hexohm mod to be sit back to San Angelo if anybody knows about the hexohm mod it has a lifetime guarantee and cost around 150 to 200 and I’ve been waiting about a month and a half and still have not received it because the store is on backorder and I don’t know what I’m going to receive My hexohm mod because this is the only store that can fix it Wow it’s grate if you live in Austen thanks guys what about us little guys we still spend money to. Great service, very friendly staff, tons of flavor selections. Justin and gauge are very knowledgable and always willing to explain stuff to vape novices such as myself. Justin is the flavor master and always has good suggestions.

If I could give no stars I would. Went here and they lied about a discount to sell me an item while selling it a stock price. Then one of the employees made fun about the way I dressed. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I went in yesterday to grab a couple batteries and a pack of atomizers. I specifically requested that I was only
Going to buy them if they were 1.8 or higher so what do they do? Put 1.5’s in a 1.8 box and sell it to me. Incredibly dishonest and honestly really petty. A decent human being would just say I am sorry we are out. A dishonest company that hired dishonest employees. Makes me wonder what else they are cheating me on

So I bought a new set up last week. The tank they sold me cracked within the hour because they also sold me juice that cracks plastic tanks. No big deal I went back they charged me for the new tank did not refund me for the old tank. The atomizer on the new tank was malfunctioning so I went up there today to get a new atomizer. They told me they didn’t have any that will work for it and there was nothing they could do about it. They couldn’t tell me when a new one would be in nor could I order one. WTF… So I left the whole set up on the counter and walked out the door. I will never go back again because they sold me equipment that doesn’t work. They won’t do anything about it other than sell me brand new equipment. Great way to make a quick buck I guess, but that is the last dollar I ever spend at Create a Cig.
I had 1 star but I’ll give 2 because the owner responded and tried to make it right.

–does not properly display policy, and at the district manager level, unwilling nor unable to make decisions that assist in maintaining positive buyer experience
–this company fails at providing a service of any value
–this company lacks integrity, and will do everything it can to increase profits, while customers lose

Hate everything about this place. The service is awful, their products are defective, they will lie to you to get you to spend extra money. Walking into this place fills me with dread and rage. May I never have to do so again.

Not only is «create a cig» my go to spot (at any location in Austin) for my vaping needs, they have the best staff in town! Tonight, a cat named Thomas swapped out my dead battery for one of his own personal batteries with a full charge due to me not being close to home where my back ups were and having plans ahead of me for the evening. Killer move on his part for someone he just met and Richards house mix of «Unicorns Milk» is identical to «Cuttwoods» Premium! On point fellas so keep that $h!t up.

The team working on the day I dropped by were very helpful! I love my new vaporizer and the e juice I bought. The store was clean and very organized. Amanda was the person who helped me. I never felt rushed and was glad to try so many flavors. There were a lot of people who came threw the doors while I was there. This is a popular shop and I can see why. I will be back soon.

After reading these reviews I had to double check the address to make sure we were talking about the same place. Apparently a lot of things have changed in the last year. I asked about new coils (or wicks if you prefer) for tanks that I had bought before the Kanger as well as an O ring for my KangerTech tank because I had damaged one of mine (in my ignorance of the proper assembly of the tank I bought at another store) and some fluid.
I went in and there were 3 people on staff, and I was greeted I think before the door even finished closing behind me. There was another couple in the store who were being taken care of by one of the staff but that was it. It was not crowded at all.
I had brought in two different kinds of tanks, the KangerTech tank and a generic cheapie I had picked up at a gas station somewhere. One of the gals double checked the coils fit the tank and were the ones I wanted before selling them to me. She said there is a discount for buying multiples of 5.
The O ring as a harder issue. I didnt want to order another O ring offline because the shipping alone would have been more than the O ring. Although they did not have another one new, instead of just apologizing and telling me to come back later, they pulled one from another tank. (A refunded tank perhaps? Hell I don’t care where it came from) Honestly I had given up on getting a new O ring today but they kept up the good fight until I had one.
As far as as fluids go, I had never done the whole «lets mix and match, see what I like» thing before. I had either bought them online or just plucked something off the shelf and prayed I liked it. The guy who helped me with fluids was Patrick, (and I wish I knew what the other gals names were they were cool too) He let me sample a few, and I ended up getting 2 30ml bottles.
What I really liked about these people is that they seemed to really be enthusiastic about what they were selling, and vaping in general, whereas I had gone to other places and they just wanted me in and out as quick as possible so they could go on with their life. They took the time to explain to me the percentages that go into their juice, and answered my 501 questions, without making me feel like a dumba$$ or giving me attitude.
Everything came up to less than what I expected based on what I had purchased online, and they actually helped me fix my Kanger. Certainly money well spent and I will be back!

Randomly walked in while waiting for a buddy to meet me at Parmer Lane Tavern, friendly young lady explained the basics of how a vaporizer works, if I’m using that term correctly. Whatever. Very good, walked out. A week later decided to purchase, came in 10 minutes before they closed and was met by two somewhat goofy, but knowledgeable young men (well one was goofy/​friendly the other more serious and sharp) who helped me and my wife select a starter kit (70 $). Free tube of oil on first purchase! :)
Was worried they’d be seedy, heady types ready to close up shop 5 mins early… but they actually stayed there with us about ten past closing by the time the transaction was done. No rush, very friendly. Later…
Gasp! Gave them the email that I no longer use and they said they’d email the receipt! What if this is a shady scam and my $ 70 purchase craps out and breaks in a week? Buyers remorse sets in.
Few nights later, happened to be passing by, pipeless, stopped by for the hell of it and was greeted by a gentleman named Cotton who assured me he’d personally print out my receipt, from my name which they keep on file, kinda odd, and correct my email info.
He did so, and I left.
All in all, I am satisfied. Four solid stars.
One thing they could do, is develop a pamphlet or at least some kind of instructional in-​store poster explaining what an e-​cigarette is… and what you’ll be buying, why ‘buying up’ may be better, what kind of maintenance may be needed, explaining the various pieces, etc.
Anyways, I’ve only owned my thing for a few days, so can’t recommend or review that yet, works great so far, wish it had a bit more ‘pull’ to it, …but the customer service there, the three nights I visited, was very friendly and cool. And, the Kahlua blend (for get his name) recommended as my freebie, is very tasty. Next time I’ll buy a bigger battery.

The other locations are great, this one just sucks because of the employees.
I went in with the intention of upgrading my current battery and getting some more juice. I show the very uninterested employee my setup and ask for the bigger version of «this» as I hand it to him. I said I just want to buy the battery I already have the charger and all the tanks I need. He waved his hand towards the case and I picked one out. It looked very similar to mine, just bigger. I get the two flavors with zero assistance, he stared and sighed and generally made us feel very unwelcome as I hurriedly made a decision.
I then pull out the Groupon and this totally put him out. He banged around on the cash register before saying «I don’t know how to do this Groupon crap» and walking off. A few minutes later he brings a chick up there that also couldn’t figure it out. They ended up zeroing out the entire purchase and sending me on my way. It should have been a bit over $ 50.00 but since they didn’t know how to key in the Groupon I didn’t pay any extra.
Or so I thought.
I get home and pull out my charger. it won’t fit. Instead of selling me the bigger version of my battery he sold me their version of my battery. which requires a different charger.
Groupons are supposed to expose your business to new customers. Newsflash: if you treat those new customers like crap they won’t be back!

I just can’t recommend this place to Unilocalers. The customer service was terrible. I had to ask to be helped. I needed more liquid for my husbands ecig and told the woman this. She said let me get you a menu and left me alone. After waiting 15 minutes while she sat at a chair the customer next to me gave me a run down of flavors and some other good info. After hunting the employee down I told her I was ready. She said ok and then turned and disappeared for another 5 minutes. She came back and walked right by me to another person who had just arrived. The guy says «I think she’s next» the woman replied «oh she’s fine. What do you need?»…for real? Wtf, mate?
Oh well. After 35 minutes I got the single bottle and left. I can’t say I would ever go back. I certainly can’t recommend this place to you. Too bad, it was so close to my home :(
