People people if you are looking for credit card processing pleaseeee run far far away from anyone rep. from EMG (Elliot Management Group). They are a big scammer. They are out to sale u their equipment owned by the third party bank but they ain’t tell u that; which is lease equipment, «equipment owned by the bank and and they are processing side which they gonna rip u off terribly». Lease you will stuck with 4 years non-​cancellation if u wanna cancel they gonna charge u prorated months u still have left in the contract. We didn’t happy with the service and their processing downtime a lot which interfering our business. The bank They want to fine us $ 7500 to cancel. The rep. never gonna tell u that up front about cancellation. Processing is 3 years term. They rip us off with over $ 110 just statement fees, mark up fees (which the sale rep get % of ur income monthly and that is their residual income). They will tell u that they have the lowest rate and fee and will beat any competitor «don’t fall for all that bs». What is the point of leasing their equipment? They charged us $ 75 to replace a bad credit card swiper (eBay only $ 35). You are liable for lease equipment that not working that u lease from them. It’s a big NO NO. Processing u will have to pay $ 500 to opt out their contract.

The best was — we can’t process that credit card for you. You must void it out or we will hold your money for 180 days!!!

I used Eliot Management for a bit over two years until I sold my business. I was told by someone at the Fort Worth headquarters to fax a cancellation letter in notifying them I sold the business and no longer needed to use their services.
The following day I received a call from someone asking why I was leaving. Duh, I wrote in the letter I sold my business. All the caller was concerned about was if the new owner wanted to use Eliot. I told the caller to call the new owner themselves and find out since I no longer owned the business I had no idea what the new owner wanted to do.
Anyway assuming the account was canceled, a month later my bank account was hit with the monthly service fee even though there had been NO transactions. After calling the Fort Worth headquarters, I was told my account was never cancelled and they would not do a thing to help me. The three customer service personnel representatives I spoke to were cold and stubborn. Such RUDE service.
After faxing in another letter to cancel my service, and calling 4 days later to verify the account was cancelled I was rudely told the cancellation was in process and it normally takes 2 business days to close an account. When I stated it was already 4 business days I was met with silence.
Did I say RUDE service.
Wish I had read the reviews before doing business with this shameful company.

I don’t believe Elliot Management has an option of combining the face to face and the internet accounts. Nor do you have an option of taking out a percentage like 2.7% with no other fees. No Monthly fees.

I used this company for five years and it was not a good experience. If you are considering signing a contract with them please do a google search with Elliot Management group and the word, scam, ripoff, or thieves. Please run as fast as you can and dont stop.
