Face To Face Spa at Westlake

Yesterday, 3−7−16 I came in to face to face Westlake to assist my girlfriend as her trainee model. Sadly, by no fault of theirs, My session was cut short.
That’s being said, the process, and the tranquil environment was like nothing I’ve ever experienced, everyone had a huge smile and treated me as if I was a respected member and not just the recipient of a complimentary service.
My esthetician Vanna Evans, was respectful, funny, very intelligent and made me feel like I was getting a top of the line personal service.
I will be back, this place knows how to get results and knows how to make sure you leave a happy customer.
Congratulations Face to Face, you’ve gained a lifelong customer with your professional, friendly, and peaceful environment.

Best facial ever!
I get facials with acne treatment and it is really effective. Its sooo relaxing like a spa should be and get face treated at the same time! There is no way someone could leave this place unhappy. Highly recommend the place (Personally I like the 6^th street location).

I have had four chemical peels with Emily. She is amazing! She explained what I would need, why and the overall cost. I am now on my forth peel and I cant remember the last time my face looked this good! And I still have 3 more to go in the series. I bought a membership and it is the best decision I’ve made for myself in a long time. If you are considering doing something for yourself go find this lady! I called for two back-​to-​back appointments today, 12÷09÷15, for me and a friend. This review is being posted for the new Face to Face Spa at Circle C in south Austin. This is a new location located at 5701 Slaughter Lane (Near the Alamo Drafthouse — Slaughter Lane) in Austin, TX 78 749.
They were able to get us in at 1:00 p.m. We arrived promptly and were greeted warmly. We both chose the Premium Facial — discounted because of the grand opening — it was 50% off! What a great deal. IF the facial was good. Let me tell you, it was GREAT! We had Karly, the esthetician, back to back, and she administered one of the best facials I’ve had. I get them every three months; sometimes more often. She has a wonderful touch and I came out feeling like a million bucks … for half price! Total for two, with tax and tip, was $ 129.00.
I highly recommend you call and schedule in with Karly before the holiday crush. We will return soon!

I go monthly to see Heather, best facial I’ve probably ever had. She is very thorough and concentrates on maximum relaxation! The whole staff is always friendly and accommodating. I recommend Face to Face to anyone looking for a regular skin care spa!

I went in yesterday for the first time and had a groupon. This place is top notch! I had the most relaxing facial with Lindsey, she was absolutely great! My skin looks and feels great! Everyone in there is so friendly.

It was a wonderful experience, Heather was amazing! The ambience is calming and soothing. The staff are extremely helpful and professional. The machines that they use are top of the line. With facials, you get a sweet upper body massage. Heather worked with me on my problem areas and addressed all concerns.
I got the premium facial. The extractions are pretty painful. I will definitely be coming back the next chance I get. Thanks face to face spa, please come to Dallas!

I was concerned that this just another one of the pop up spas that seem to show up in every shopping center.
I was so wrong — Face to Face is a professionally run Spa and I have had 5 skin treatments and I am very pleased — Brittany is amazing — make sure to ask for her when you book an appointment — the office is so pleasing and relaxing — always dark chocolate and wine at this spa! LUV

I had a Groupon for a facial and I enjoyed it. The atmosphere is very nice and relaxing. They give you champagne and chocolates and the staff is very friendly. I would definitely go back.

Wow. Let me just start with that. Before my facial here I thought I had experienced it all. Locally and traveling I’ve had massages and facials of all types. Do I usually leave feeling happy and relaxed? Yes, but I’ve never actually been so impressed from the process and education aspect that I experienced here. They took the time to really evaluate my skin and make recommendations based on what they thought was best AND actually explained it. Everyone I felt was courteous and really there to help. It’s just icing on the cake that they offer a little vino or a mimosa while you wait (who can complain about that).
I’ve never received compliments or the…“you look different” comment as much as I have since my facial here. They earned this review and my business. Already scheduled my next one!

Got a Groupon for a premium facial here, and added on a peel for $ 25 that’s offered for new clients. The facial service itself was great, and I would recommend that portion of it.
However, the service here was not so great. I spoke to some reception people here on the phone a few times, and every single time they were distant to the point of being rude. I called asking for help finding the spa since it’s in a large plaza, and when I thanked the woman on the phone she just said «uh huh» and hung up. wtf?
I also felt really pushed to buy products/​more services upon completing my facial. NOT relaxing, and not appreciated.

I visited Face To Face Spa previously for a Unilocal Elite event so I was pretty excited to return for my premium facial. I’d never had a facial before so I wasn’t sure what to expect but Karly was wonderful. She walked me through the whole process explaining what she was doing as we went and it was so relaxing and calm.
My favorite parts were where she used the fan brush to spread cleanser and whatever else all over my face. It just felt so nice lol!
My face was so fresh and new when I left. Facials are not exactly cheap so I wouldn’t be able to get them on a regular basis but it would be nice to treat myself every once in a while. I really enjoyed myself so I hope to be back soon.

Before this experience, I have never had a real facial and I believe this experience will be hard to surpass by other spas.
Their reservation system online is fast and convenient. Just make sure you keep an eye on the dates and know which location you’d like. Also come early before your first appointment here so you can fill out the paperwork. You can sip on wine or a mimosa while doing so, which isn’t such a bad thing! If you check in with Facebook or Unilocal,you get a free anti-​aging eye treatment too :)
Kari was my esthetician and she was great — she was extremely friendly and answered all my questions. She created a very relaxing environment for me and is very experienced. I had the premium facial and it was awesome. I enjoyed the neck and shoulder massage as well as the exfoliation. My face felt noticeably different at the end of my session — it was much smoother and softer than it has ever been before. Plus I was very relaxed!
At the end of the hour, Kari gave me a suggestion on what I could use as an evening moisturizer since I wasn’t currently using one. The product she let me try was great and reasonably priced, so I went ahead and purchased that as well when I checked out. I would definitely be interested in becoming a member once I stop traveling so much for school. These ladies provide great service and are willing to educate you about proper skin care. Definitely check them out!

The staff at Face to Face is outstanding, always friendly and welcoming. I have incredibly sensitive skin, to the point that I can’t use many soaps and lotions. However, I attended a Unilocal Elite event to check out the spa and see if there was anything I could do to help my skin.
My esthetician Trena listened to my concerns and smartly avoided suggesting any peels. Instead, she had me lay back on a warm bed that basically had me passing out in the first 5 minutes. I added on a microdermabrasion treatment and proceeded to have my face massaged, lotioned, scrubbed, rubbed, you name it!
Trena was really great about explaining everything she was doing and dealing with any concerns I had about specific treatments. She even gave me a great suggestion for using baking soda as a facial scrub due to my sensitivities. And it’s been a great solution for me!
It’s been about a week and my skin looks amazing. I could not be more happy with my experience at Face to Face!

Stephanie was the esthetician who did my facial yesterday — super incredible. She answered every question I had very thoroughly. I did not anticipate that my facial would be so relaxing — but they really set you up to lay-​back and enjoy with the atmosphere and high level of professionalism. Stephanie graciously gave me two options — sit back and enjoy or be walked through the process while she did several treatments. I chose to relax and asked questions at the end. When we completed the session, I was able to learn a lot about the benefits of the treatment (s).
I had a light chemical peel (I believe she called this their «bridal peel»). I have had a series of chemical peels in the past and was a little hesitant to try again since the results I experienced prior were a bit harsh for my skin. This treatment, however, has my face glowing and feeling fresh. Highly recommended!
The staff here is super friendly and they offer a great place to enjoy some spa time alone or with friends. They also have a great referral program where you can receive free services when you recommend new clients to the spa.
I moved to Austin a few years ago and I had not found my home base for skin treatments until now — I think I am set! Thank you for a great experience and stellar service!

I was introduced to Face to Face Spa at a Unilocal event about a month ago and received a mini facial. I went back today for a full premium facial. Both times Trena was my aesthetician.
Face to Face Spa specializes in a member program where you pay a monthly fee that includes one facial per month and member pricing for additional services.
Today with my free facial, I was able to purchase an upgrade microdermabrasion for just $ 25 dollars (the member price Thank You Face to Face!).
I’m not experienced with facials, so I can’t compare this to anything else. However, I can tell you that all the staff I encountered were extremely polite and friendly The lobby is light and airy, and the treatment rooms are dark and cozy. All of the products used smelled great with essences of natural botanicals. Trena carefully explained each step of the facial and the products that she was using. I appreciated the warmed treatment table and the soft relaxing music. I might not remember every step of the treatment, but from what I remember it included a pre-​cleansing lavender oil, gel cleanser, microdermabrasion (optional add on), hand and arm massage, cucumber mask, steam treatment, extraction, scalp massage, and moisturizer and lip treatment.
As my face was a bit reddish after the microdermabrasion, Trena offered to powder my face with Jane Irdale powder foundation before I left. When I got home, I read about Jane Irdale products and learned how they are perfect after a microdermabrasion since they are SPF 20 and help protect your face from UV radiation and are non-​irritating. When I got home my husband said that I looked like I had been photo-​shopped. :-) My skin was glowing and flawless looking.

I’ve been a member at the Avery Ranch Location for several years, so I already have a fondness for this particular spa and their treatments.
I attended a Unilocal elite event for this location because I had never been before and who doesn’t love Unilocal events? The lobby is beautiful and spacious. The décor is similar to their original location, but much more open and roomy. The staff here is extremely nice, but not sugary sweet.
My first mini facial was with Stephanie — very nice! She is personable and gave a great facial, eye treatment & hand treatment. It was a mini treatment, but still every bit as good as a full treatment — just not as long or involved.
For my full treatment several days later, I saw Trina. She has a magical touch and is very good at explaining each step of the treatment and how it will feel. Even though I’ve been getting facials for years, this was a nice added touch. The products they use smell incredible and make my skin look and feel wonderful. I especially like the cucumber mask. I thoroughly enjoyed my night of pampering. The Deluxe Facial includes the décolleté, and also an arm & hand massage. Nice! I also added some extra services with no fuss.
I actually think I like this location better. However, the aestheticians at both locations are top notch and I would never leave Heather. The location itself is nicer, though. And that front desk girl is an absolute gem!

I went to a private girly event here and was so impressed!
First off, the waiting area is just posh and beautiful and the staff so nice and accommodating!
And OMG, if the sample facial I received was just a taste of the full-​service one… all I can say is: be prepared to become a human noodle w/​a glowing complexion!
From the cleansers (especially the lotus one, which smelled amazing) to the cucumber based mask they put on after the ionic deep cleaning and the Clarisonic buffing to the toner and vitamin c gel and multi-​vitamin eye mask… with a light hand massage while the mask was working its magic… it was literal bliss and a girl could get used to this!
I was even told they offer late appts so you can just roll on in, grab a glass of vino, lay back, relax, get your facial, and then go straight home to your bed and pajamas and wake up fully refreshed! That’s my kind of night-​time regiment right there!
