This place was great. We walked in with a broken washer and very little money or credit to get a new (well, new to us) one.
Ed, (I think he’s the owner) approached us and was not pushy. He gently found out what we needed and showed us to the washers that would fit our budget. We were short of the total and he even trusted us to bring the remainder in later.
This is the difference in working with real people who run a good business, and working with big business. This place has heart. Ed was understanding and fair, and seems to genuinely want to help people rather than just make a sale. We will definitely come back when our dryer and refrigerator finally kick it, too.
