I always had a deep love of movement and dance. In high school & college dance took a back seat, it was not until returning to school in 2008 for psychology that the link between movement, exercise, wellbeing & health struck me. I began with a long-shot, the cirque du soleil-like feat: aerial silks. Out of shape & afraid I pulled all the tools I was learning as a psychology student, applying them to my new love of aerial movement. Over time I became deeply inspired, noticed the increased strength and stamina and generally felt amazing. And my little black dresses looked a whole lot better too! I graduated Summa Cum Laude from St. Edward’s with a B.A. in psychology; I was then deeply inspired to put my graduate school plans on hold to pursue my passion-movement. Currently I am an RYT having completed yoga teacher training and and aerial based teacher training with Aircat Aerial Arts. I also occasionally perform as an aerialist. In the future I hope to purse additional training in mind–
