Fresh Baked is an artisan bakery trailer. We bake our own breads, making delicious paninis out of them, bake pastries, quiches and tarts. Have a decadent brownie bread pudding, a freezer burn chocolate ice cream square, strawberry margarita cheesecake hearts, and offer some of our desserts in gluten-​free form. Additionally, we cold brew our own coffees with vanilla beans and makers mark bourbon. Soon we’ll add flatbread pizza’s and pastas

History

Established in 2013.

Born out of Bitesize Gourmet’s line of tried and true recipes with a former presence in Central Market and People’s Rx, Fresh Baked is the retail version with more flexibility to evolve into a fun and creative baked goods trailer and coffee shop.

Meet the Business Owner

Sheralyn J.

Business Owner

Born in Austin, working through restaurants and getting through UT Austin, Sherry then traveled to New York City and worked in several restaurants. The mainstay was a 5 year jaunt at Tavern on the Green. Having learned baking and cooking from the Italian grandmother’s side and the pie contest winner Oklahoma side of the family,

Sherry has been «in the kitchen» for 15 plus years and at this point cannot stay away.
