Hire Priority Apartment Staffing

Here is my experience of how hire priority was for me. I was called about a position as a leasing assistant that I had applied for online that didn’t require experience so I hopped on the opportunity and went to the office. Upon arriving there was another older lady who wad there applying for the same position sitting across from me on the couch in the tiny room. They had me fill out a separate application because I had done HVAC work in the Air Force reserve. The older lady finished before me and went in one of the two offices there to talk to one of the people that worked there. While I was waiting for them to be finished I was given a huge promo like calender that I didn’t care for and left there when I left. So finally it was my turn and I go inside and the lady who does the interviews was in a hurry so she told me that they call people when they need them to come in and work for the day and that she would call me that weekend for work and how to fill out my time sheet and so forth. I was on board and excited about this. I got the red folder they give you at the end and left. Never ever heard from them again about anything,

This place is such a scam. I am a 23 year professional as an electrical engineer with a degree. I have been unemployed so I tried this place. They sent me to an apartment where I worked 8 hours and they complex said I was not need the next day. The next time Hirepriority called and asked me to go to another complex for a make ready. It was a professional spray painter they wanted, but I did what I could to help for $ 12/​hr. Not needed the next day. 3^rd project I was told to help move office furniture. I get there and the complex was baffled, as they had no furniture to move. They offered to keep me busy for a few hours, but I was so embarrassed about Hirepriority, I graciously declined and said I would go back home.
NOW… I was paid $ 7/​hr for the first project and nothing for the 2^nd project. The manager who hung up on me continues to tell me that if I walked out on a project, they would reduce all my past work accomplishments to minimum wage. Even though I never walked out on those projects or even the 3^rd.
This is a very unprofessional company that will cheat you at every given opportunity. Not one project is what they described, and they look for reasons to not pay you. They tell you $ 12/​hr for maintenance, you get there and you are a porter for minimum wage. If you refuse because it was not as described, they will wash all you wages owed to you to minimum wage or no pay at all.
How can a company do this to people? Stay far away from this place, even if you are desperate as I was. Tell your friends and apartment complex managers the scheme they play on their employees.
Shame on Hirepriority and their unprofessional management who does not listen to reason and will hang up on you if you argue.
Now I will contact the apartment managers at those places I worked and explain to them how Hirepriority stays in business. I intend to do everything in my power to drive their business away. All for about $ 160. STUPID people!

Hire Priority has kept me busy at different locations to find the best fit for the property as well as myself. The staff is execellent to work with and is willing to go the extra mile to help.
Anyone looking should try these guys first. They do what they promise

I was without an assistant maintenance person for several weeks recently. Hire Priority was not my usual «Go To» for temporary employee necessities, but I was advised by a co-​worker that they are the best for a luxury community. She was right. Althought there was one temp sent to my property that was not the best fit, we quickly ended up with a great assistance maintenance temp that showed up on time, and with a fantastic attitude for over three weeks! I was able to keep my community looking great and running smoothly through this transistion because of his help. The office staff at Hire Priority checked in with me frequently to ensure our experience was top notch. Finding good temporary help is tough. Hire Priority makes is easier. I highly recommend this company.
