We use House to House for our home as well as a rental property we own. This company is great: quality work, professional staff, quick to respond to any questions, fairly priced. I choose them based upon others Unilocal reviews and have been just as pleased. Thanks Andy and Team!

I have known Andy for the past 10 years and he is top notch. He is always willing to share his knowledge on lawncare issues and believes in helping his customers. I’ve been dealing with a issue with my grass dying and he pointed me in the right direction. In a day in age where most folk are concerned about making a buck I truly believe you are in the best hands possible when you trust Andy and House to House with any of your outdoor needs. Talk to the guy and give him a chance and I am confident you will agree.

So every once in a while when you give a company feedback, they get it right. I have to give credit where credit is due. My assumption is that my previous experience with House to House was the exception rather than the rule because most folks have positive experiences with them. Andy’s efforts to reach out as a result of my concerns with the company’s service in the past have really demonstrated that House to House is a classy company. That’s why I’ve updated my review.

House to House is an excellent company! I live in Travis Country and love how they are able to capture the look of a well manicured lawn while using native plants! Andy absolutely follows through with any problem or issue that you might have. He is willing and able to make it right! They are super friendly and attentive. House to House is an excellent lawn care provider. Andy and his crew are professionals. They take care of the grass, plants, mulching, fertilizing etc. I am allergic to cut grass so I greatly appreciate the value of a professionally run lawn care business. Andy also takes care of recommending plants and his Dad Clyde fixed my sprinkler system. If you need lawn care, call House to House.

I came home one day to find that my flower beds all had mulch in them! It was a complimentary job. I come home every wednesday and the LAWN IS PERFECT!!! I would recommend these guys over anyone!

I have used H2H for the entire time I’ve lived in Sendera — 7 years. I live on a corner lot and they do an excellent job of mowing and edging. They are always responsive if I ask for additional service like trimming shrubs or hauling limbs. I am a very satisfied customer.

Most landscape service providers are like house cleaners: they do a fantastic job the first two visits and then the quality starts ramping down. Andy and his team are the exception. I’ve probably blown through 8 service providers before finding House to House — and they were worth the wait.
Ex: I don’t have to tell them when to trim the shrubs. They do it when they need to be done. No hounding. No need to point out the obvious.
The rates are reasonable. They show up on time and are very responsive when you need extra TLC around the property.
Highly recommend.

I’ve been using House to House for a year or two now, since my last guy cut and ran. I should have switched much sooner! They’re great about only mowing when your lawn actually needs it, which is good for the lawn and saves you money.
The grass in our backyard had been in bad shape for a while, with overflowing gutters digging a big trench, huge dead patches, and dogs digging. The crew from House to House came out, took a look, we made a plan, and within the week they were here cleaning the gutters and scraping and re-​sodding a large part of the back yard. Everyone who was here was courteous and professional. And now the yard looks great!

I found other companies to be much better and cheaper. The price stated and agreed upon somehow changes after services are finished.

This guy likes to wait months to bill you then acts like you’re the A-​hole for paying late.
All winter, my lawn was covered in leaves while he ignored both my wife & I pleading via email to do something about it. Turns out we were being ignored because we didn’t pay his bill which was sent out on time (thanks USPS) but undelivered. Funny though, we received NO indication of its absence. Could have said something, Andy. My new lawn guy emails us the day after it’s due which is a great reminder. So does everyone else now that I think of it.
He also sends out emails saying he can do all these extra services like tree trimming and gardening but wont answer an email for two months and then says he’s too busy.
His crew hasn’t been to my house in 6 months and dude just sent me a bill for $ 7.
If you want to be ignored and be jerked around w billing I’d highly recommend H2H. If you just want someone to act like they care, go somewhere else.
The only reason I’m not giving less stars is because his crews are honest, hard working, and do a very good job of what you ask of them. It’s not their fault their management is mostly absent. In fact if his bigger crew chief started his own lawn service, I WOULD LOVE TO HIRE HIM!!! He’s great w people, detail oriented, and works hard to get it done right. It’s a shame really, they could do so well.

I’ve never mowed a lawn ever. Not going to start now. I have been letting Andy and crew take care of my lawn the past few months. They come by twice a month or so and clean up the mess. They do the basic, but a few weeks ago they tackled the bush-​of-​death in my backyard. They called me with a quote and took that sucker down. They have been strait with me from day one, and are reliable. They have an easy billing system through EM. I would recommend them to any other single gals who don’t want to deal with yard work, they are well worth the dollars!

Andy followed up a little less than a week after our scheduled consultation and was apologetic for dropping the ball. He said he missed my confirmation email and then said he was just super busy, but I think he truly was sorry and offered to come out same day to take a look.
He did come out and had some good recommendations and clearly knew what he was doing. He was a straight-​shooter.
I let him know we’d need a quick estimate if we were going to be able to consider working with him since we’d already moved forward a bit with another company. He delivered his estimate within a couple days, including some research for a grass we were interested in.
In the end we went with the other company, but I thought Andy would have done a good job too.
