Specialties
I practice in the areas of business law (the formation or dissolution of entities such as LLCs or corporations, contract drafting and review, and general business law assistance for small business owners) and estate planning (drafting wills, powers of attorney, living wills, and trusts).
I enjoy working with families of every kind to help them protect their loved ones. I assist many gay and lesbian couples by helping them get their estate planning documents in place to help them protect their relationships. In addition, I have a special interest in assisting pet owners by including provisions in their estate planning documents to provide for the care of their beloved companion animals.

History
Established in 2009.
After working for years for other law firms and a government agency, I decided to start my own solo practice where I could focus on treating clients the way I would want to be treated. I am firmly committed to treating my clients with respect and kindness and helping them find affordable solutions for their business law and estate planning needs.
