I had no idea what I was looking for when I walked into the store. The Bez showed me the different mattresses that they had and gave me good information on them. I was able to find the mattress I wanted and left with great customer service! Thanks so much for everything!

So I walked into this store looking for a sweet pillow. Andrew was super friendly and patient with me while I tried out the selection that they had. He set me up with a good deal on the pillow, and even though I wasn’t interested in buying a mattress at the time, he didn’t push the topic yet showed an incredible amount of knowledge and patience. Andrew is a very skilled salesman and I would hesitate to go to anyone else for any further purchase here. I can say that I’m now a customer for life.

If you are planning to purchase a mattress, RUN — don’t walk — to this store. The saleswoman was knowledgeable and did not try to pressure me to spend above my budget. She showed me the options in my budget and gave me lots of time to try them out. The mattresses were delivered just two days later (and they give you a narrow 2-​hour delivery window AND the delivery guys were even a bit early, as well as polite and efficient). Most importantly, thanks to the saleswoman’s advice (I wish I could remember her name) my horrible backaches are completely gone. Only trouble is that now I don’t want to get out of bed in the morning, lol!!! I dropped by yesterday to thank her and she said she had chills when I told her what a difference my new bed is making for me. Overall, as good a buying experience as one can have.

I cannot say enough about how helpful Justin was. He didn’t pressure us into anything, just gave us the information we needed. We wound up buying a different mattress at a different Sleep Experts location. When we decided that mattress wasn’t to our liking after a couple of nights, Justin didn’t hesitate to arrange an exchange, even though we technically weren’t supposed to be able to do so since it was a floor model. If you’re looking for a mattress, I urge you to first talk to Justin or Nicholas. They won’t steer you wrong and will do whatever it takes to make you happy with your mattress purchase.

A couple of weeks ago, my husband I went to Sleep Experts to look for a mattress. We stopped by the Arboretum location just to see what kinds of mattress and prices were out there. Nicholas was wonderful. He helped us find the perfect mattress. We didn’t buy then, because this was just a fact finding mission. Finally we were ready to buy. So this weekend we stopped by the store but Nicholas wasn’t there. The salesman thought he was at the location, almost across the street, at Great Hills. We had been so happy with Nicholas, we wanted to go to the other store to work with him again. We headed over to the Great Hills Trail location. Unfortunately, Nicholas wasn’t there, but we got to work with Justin, who was also wonderful (and he made sure that Nicholas got credit for the sale). Both Nicholas and Justin were the epitome a what you want in customer service. They were professional, never pushy, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and efficient! We got an amazing deal on a FABULOUS mattress and we worked with two amazing salesmen! I can not recommend Sleep Experts and Justin and Nicholas enough!

We are new to Austin and were sleeping on a very cheap mattress provided by corporate housing. The minute we knew we were staying in Austin we started looking for mattresses. On our way to Target one day we dropped into Sleep Experts to check it out. We were greeted by Justin but not pushed into looking. He was there to answer our questions but didn’t make us feel pressured to buy that minute. Eventually after answering some questions and trying out a few mattresses Justin could tell we still were not sold on the prices. He quickly resolved our problem by finding mattresses for both us and our son that were comfortable and within our budget. He worked with us to get financing at 0% and to get our mattresses delivered quickly. I really liked the fact that we didn’t feel we had to make a decision right away and Justin did whatever he could in order for us to get the mattresses and pillows we wanted and still not spend a fortune. Two days later our mattresses were delivered right on time and set up by a friendly and professional delivery team. We will definitely be recommending Sleep Experts to everyone!

We spent much of the day with Brandon ‘Beedo’ who helped us pick the perfect mattress and pillows. The best part is that he wasn’t pushy, and was honest about the different mattresses. We bought one around 1pm and it was delivered by 4pm. How awesome is that?! Yay for this store, plus they are involved in charity work. If you need a mattress, check them out.

My Husband and I showed up just before closing on a Saturday evening. The manager, Shane took his time helping us (he really knew his stuff) and didn’t make us feel rushed at all. We must have rolled around on every bed they had in the place. We had planned on just comparison shopping and were going to go to a competitor the next day. We ended up purchasing not only a great bed that night but also a some great gel pillows. Even though the warehouse was closed when we finalized the purchase, we received delivery the very next day. Later that evening my husband realized he had lost a car key. I was able to reach Shane on his cell phone that night and he promised to look around the store when he arrived the next morning. He called as promised and the key was found saving me several hundred dollars to replace it! The delivery guys were extremely professional and were even running early! Overall I highly recommend this place to any of the other mattress stores in town as this is by far the best experiance we have had purchasing a mattress.

This was our first and only stop in a search for a new Mattress! Daniel our sales consultant helped us find the perfect bed, we gave him the price range that we were comfortable with and he was able to discount a awesome mattress set to right what we wanted! He is like the discount king! We even got some great pillows and a frame at a discounted cost and our mattress is on its way I am writing this! We had a great no pressure experience!

This place is fabulous! We had a whole day of mattress shopping planned, came here first & didn’t go anywhere else! Our salesman Daniel was very knowledgeable. We felt no pressure at all. I’m so glad we came here! We got lots of great discounts. Also, your old mattress gets donated to non profits if you get the delivery!
