the comments of using a gas smoker are very wrong. I use a southern pride skp500 with a custom built smoke extractor, voiding the dinning area of smoke; most all customers that have noticed the lack of smoke have expressed positive comments, blending post oak and mesquite wood and little smoke is an accomplishment. Find me a bbq rest that uses only fresh veg as one review complained; mrbones are not. We do use fresh frozen and onlly a few canned items as most all resturants do.
