I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to write a review, as I got married back in 2012!!! Wes with New Road Productions is the most reliable, talented, and easy-​to-​work-​with photographer I have EVER met. We have hired him for various celebrations (wedding, family portraits, daughter’s baptism) and are always floored and so impressed by his work! He is extremely FAIR when it comes to his pricing packages which is difficult to find these days, especially when you’re on a very strict budget, like us. If you are searching for wedding photography services DO NOT hire anyone else until you give Wes a call!!! Wes has preserved some of the most important moments in our lives and we’re forever thankful that we found him.

I have been married for over 2 years and I am not sure why I didn’t write a review back then but I guess it’s never too late!
We hired Wes for our wedding videography and I am soooo happy that we did. Wes did such a great job on putting together the videos and capturing all of the memories from our favorite day.
He was prompt to respond to emails, arrived on time, was professional and fun to work with.

My finance (now husband) and I had done a ton of research online in the Austin/​Round Rock area for the perfect photographer for our wedding day. This is one thing you can’t cut the corners on as you are putting 100% trust into someone to capture a day you want to remember for the rest of your life. On our wedding day October 17^th 2014 from start to finish he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is extremely professional, has great attention to detail, very creative with his work and has an eye for beauty. As expected everything happened so fast during the wedding that is was all a blur for us but thankfully Wes was there to capture all of our many many amazing moments. Hell even moments we didn’t know existed until we looked through all of our pictures.
We received a sneak peak of a few of our pictures which we sent for Christmas cards, and presents for family at Christmas and boy were we excited!
The day we received all of our pictures it felt like it was our wedding day all over again. So many amazing shots, of us, the family, friends, venue and so much more we just didn’t expect to see or even know he took.
I have had my pictures for a couple weeks now and I swear I have looked through them hundreds of times. Wes really exceeded our expectations. All of the family and friends have complimented on the quality, creativity, beauty, and quantity of the pictures (730 to be exact).

I feel so lucky to have found Wes from this website. He’s seriously the best! He uses natural lighting and his imagination is freakin’ awesome. He had us pose in locations where we might not initially see that it’s a cool photo, but when we see the end product, it’s amazing! He did both our engagement photos and wedding. His black and white photos seriously make me want to cry (i.e. a happy cry). They remind me of Ansel Adams!
I did a lot of research and met a few photographers before I found Wes. The other photographers seem very arrogant and shady. Wes is super humble and really down to earth and fun to work with. The best part is, he laughs at my stupid jokes. :)
I would definitely ask Wes to do our future photography needs — perhaps an anniversary photo session.

Wes the Photographer was more than courteous and professional. First of all he arrived super promptly and understood exactly what we wanted. We didn’t want posing pictures so we told him to capture moments and we did it with little effort and without intruding the guests and us. He was sneaky and great at appearing at a moments notice to take the pics we wanted.
His prices were super reasonable compared to an extensive search of photographers my wife did. He also takes great pictures without making them look to Instagram or fake. The photos he took were as real as the great day we had!

Wes was our photographer at our wedding in October 2012 at The Driskill. I can’t say enough good things about Wes. From the beginning Wes was super attentive (even before the wedding). He answered e-​mails promptly and was super easy to work with. He showed up right on time the day of the wedding. He was scheduled to start the guys photos but the guys were not in the room on time and were running behind, so at first it was a little chaotic. Wes was super patient and very professional from the beginning up until the end of our wedding day. Wes is super laid back and let me tell you the day of your wedding can be super stressful, the last thing you need is an uptight photographer. Wes goes with the flow and he makes sure that you get the pictures that you want. The pictures he took turned out amazing. Wes caught every moment of our wedding day. It was like re-​living the entire night all over again. I couldn’t be more happy with the pictures and I highly recommend Wes. He has reasonable prices and he was awesome to work with! Thank you, Wes, for capturing one of the most important memories in our life and doing such an awesome job! :)

Wow! Wes took photos of my daughter for her Senior pictures and they are easily the best photos she has ever taken. He took a very large number of shots and captured my daughter’s personality. He varied the backgrounds, poses, angles and scenery. His photo editing skills are also excellent.
He let us choose the site and we are extremely excited to receive so many outstanding pictures of my daughter! Awesome job!
