I was having a lot of trouble using a reward code from my phone(because the colon before the code turned a character into a smiley face…) when I checked out here a few weeks ago. The cashier was very helpful and didn’t mind waiting, holding my items, and helping me figure it out on the phone.

The staff here is pretty friendly and helpful. They have a good selection of clothing, but not as much selection for shorts. My bf is trying to find some but they don’t have much of his size, which is understandable due to their back to school sale.

Had a very bad experience at this location, I would rate zero if I could actually. I had a five dollar coupon and was purchasing about 40 $ worth of items and gave the cashier my coupon he took the five dollars off, so I started to pay with my debit card and he proceeds to tell me to pay with my old navy credit card. First of all I did have an old navy card but closed it out almost a year ago. I told him that and he refused to take the coupon. He called his manager and she was very unprofessional and very rude. The coupon DID not say it could only be used with an old navy card! If it did there wouldn’t be a problem. Secondly, they shouldn’t be sending them to me if I can’t use them. They said all they could do was open me up another credit card which I didn’t want. Regardless if they used that coupon or not they could have made ME the customer happy, and there manager should have been more professional about the situation! When she walked up to the cashier she states«you called me!» Didn’t introduce herself or anything. I will not be going back there!

I use to not really like Old Navy because their sizes were too big for me, but they are getting better or I’m getting larger. :) Went there when they were having their extra 40% off sale items sale and scored! Pants for $ 6.40, 2 Shirts for $ 3.80 and a tank for $ 2.40. Awesome! They have the sizes in the sale area sorted by size. This makes it very easy to view things. Workers are friendly and easy to find if they don’t find you first. Easy to get into the dressing room. No item limit, so no ducking in and out to exchange items to try on. Totally worth a stop when you’re in the mall, or a trip just for this store is totally worth it!

I go to Old Navy for very specific purchases so if you are NOT purchasing these items, ignore my review: PANTIES, WINTERTIGHTS, REALLYSOFTMEN’S T-SHIRTS, WINTERCOATSFORDOGS. Old Navy has very cute hipster lace panties in lots of bright colors. Since I buy very expensive bras(from The Petticoat Fair, check it out) I often don’t want to pay $ 18-$ 34 for the matching panties. Instead, I head to Old Navy and buy a matching pair in hot pink lace, turquoise lace, sage green lace, black lace etc… The panties at Old Navy usually sell 3 pair for $ 12 – 13.00. Also, if you don’t like lacy low-hipster panties, they have thongs as well in the same lacy bright colors. Which brings me to my next item: tights. I understand that not a lot of people wear tights the way I do, but I run cold all the time, and in winter, Old Navy tights are my best friend. The tights are only available in Fall and Winter and I buy a couple pairs every year to wear under my pants(I even wear tights under my jeans in winter). I can wash the tights over and over and they never tear. In Connecticut, I used to layer Old Navy tights, with pants, and snowpants before donning socks and boots and heading out to shovel or sled(snugly Old Navy tights — I love you). Next: soft men’s t-shirts. I would never know how wonderful and soft Old Navy men’s t-shirts were if a hottie ex-boyfriend hadn’t lent me his to wear(I never gave it back — it was that soft). And finally, dog clothes can be expensive, but not at Old Navy. My dog will never know it is not high end fashion and the adorable and washable coats keep him cozy in chilly weather.
