On The Mark Travel is simply great and I can’t recommend them highly enough. I have use Mark for years. They are amazing, and find special fare combinations, hotel rates, save all travel preferences and loyalty awards, help find tickets for award travel that even the airlines won’t find and more. I use them for all business and personal travel and can’t recommend enough. His knowledge is second to none in the industry for air travel. They make travel awesome.

I had such a poor experience trying to work with this company. First, they did a poor job of listening to my requirements for my cruise. They put me in a small non-​accessible cabin on a lower deck when I clearly stated in the first and every subsequent email that I needed a wheelchair accessible cabin. Secondly, getting communication from them was a nightmare — slow, elusive, and often they would just let their phone ring to voicemail. Just not worth it.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced from a small business. I needed assistance with a trip for Turkey planned for Oct. Called June 1st and spoke to Lucy, emailed her same day and she said she would get back to me the next day. she wrote back on the 9th, I replied and nothing, emailed her again on 6/​21, then 7/​8, spoke on 7/​18, emailed her and she wrote back 7⁄19 promising to get back to me the next day, emailed her again on 7/27…and nothing. AVOID THIS CO!
