Ron is amazing! He helped me find an apartment that fit my budget and accepted my dog. He didn’t try to push anything on me, gave me options. He is very friendly, easy going and professional. He guided me through the entire process. He is very knowledgeable about the Austin area and made my move in easier than I expected.

My friends and I have loved Ron Jon’s picture in the back of the Austin Chronicle for years. I am a big Reggae fan and I think this picture is freaking genius.
So when it was time to move back to Austin, I called Ron Jon right away.
Don’t let the silly picture fool you, Ron Jon is a complete professional.
He has a stop at nothing, can-​do attitude which is very nice while doing something that can be trying like finding an apartment.
You should definitely call Ron Jon if you need help finding an Austin apartment.

i’m going to second jill’s review.
i am looking for a new place to live, and i have tried a few different locators, who all fed me a line of bullshit and tried to con me into places i don’t want or really can’t afford.
i dropped ronjon an email and he hit me back with his number, asking me to call. what i am looking for is pretty hard to find, and he told me that, straight up, and then he spent a good 10 minutes on the phone asking questions and offering ideas, most of which would result in absolutely no profit in his pocket, but would probably keep me and my pup in a place we could live with.
so the end is — well no, he didn’t actually find me a place, but he was honest and seemed absolutely sincere in his desire to help and give advice, and if i find myself with more doable (realistic) housing needs, i’ll be calling him back. :)
