Hi, I’m Simone! I was born and raised in Austin. My family comes from Louisiana and I have strong Cajun roots and upbringing. I lived in New Orleans from 2010 – 2011. Now I’m back home in Austin! I’ve been taking pictures for as long as I can remember but got my start professionally in 2005 working in a mall portrait studio at age 16. I soon started doing shoots on my own and started Simone Epiphany Photography while still in high school. I photographed my first wedding just 2 weeks shy of my 18^th birthday and the rest was history. I specialized in weddings from 2007 – 2011 when I took a break from the industry and started focusing on using my 10+ years of child care experience to photograph newborns and children. I even spent 2 years working in hospitals with newborns. In 2013 I was reminded how much I missed capturing weddings so I started accepting wedding bookings and once again became a full service photographer!

I take great pride in capturing my client’s big moment whether it’s their wedding day, newborn portraits, or graduation portraits. I take the time to get to know my clients as much as I can so that they are more comfortable and I can best capture their unique personality. I use a combination of posed and candid photos to capture the true beauty of who you are.
