Hired them to do a move from Leander to downtown Austin. 2 bedrooms of furniture, 2 walk in closets of clothes, dining room table and 3 chairs, 2 flat screen tv’s with stands and electronics and speakers. About 30 med boxes in garage, A few large boxes. The house was 1800 sf to give perspective. The 2 man team arrived promptly at 9:00 as planned. They were very nice guys. During the week I had moved everything into boxes and tape them to make moving quicker. The only things that were boxed was the two beds and of course the table and chairs three nightstands speakers and two bicycles. They began at 9:30 and I was estimating it would take two hours to load onto the truck. It actually took five hours. Part of that came from complete disassembly of the beds down to nuts and bolts been removed as well as the table being disassembled and everything wrapped in blankets. Even the Bose speakers were wrapped in blankets and Taped. The good part is that everything was sure to arrive undamaged the downside is when you’re paying by the hour that is a long tedious and to some extent unnecessary precaution for many things. We were finally on the move to the apartment complex. Most of the items were going to the apartment some of the items were going on the same floor in a different part of the building to a storage room. The apartment was not on the first floor, and the length of the walk added to the time but they did have an elevator that was hardly used by anyone else. The move took a total of 10 hours which seemed a little long. I also paid extra $ 10 apiece for wardrobe boxes so our clothes would hang during the move. I found several did not incorporate the hanging mechanism and the clothing was piled in the boxes and in one case a stereo component put on top of the clothes which made me wonder why I paid extra for wardrobe boxes.
The two movers were respectful and nice throughout the process. If I used them again I would probably get a firm quote or pay by the job.

Soleil Moving helped move my family in August (so HOT) and they did a great job and had great attitudes. We did run into a couple hiccups, however I’m happy to say the owner did what needed to be done to take care of them. Bottom line if you expect a perfect move I doubt you’ll find the perfect mover, however if you want to work with an integral businessman then this is your moving company.
I would highly recommend you try this local business for your next move!

Great customer service with these guys! I needed help in a pinch and they were very accommodating, they showed up when they said and the pricing was reasonable. They also provided packing materials for free! The move took a reasonable amount of time and the crew was fast and efficient. I will use them again!

What was quoted as a 2 – 4 hour job turned into over 9 hours, they were two hours late, did not come prepared with any tools or enough shrinkwrap to protect furniture, did not bring a big enough truck, damaged almost every piece of furniture and every appliance they touched, damaged the walls and floors of our new home, caused a major gas leak by incorrectly connecting the dryer, and over one month later, still has not honored their contract to pay for damages. I spoke with the owner Coster on multiple occasions, and he did not know how to file an insurance claim nor had any forms for me to complete. Spend your money elsewhere and make sure your furniture, home, and family is safe.
I spoke to an attorney already. The next time I see Coster will be in court because it seems that is the only way he will honor his company’s contract.

Worst experience of my life! We could have died because of how they left our new home. I will try to keep emotion out of it and just state the facts but I am so very upset at the way they left so many dangers in a home with a new born. The most dangerous was installing our dryer well really they just half way connected the gas line and told us it was connected. Gas was leaking at an alarming rate.(we paid a professional, who was shocked at how bad the leak was, almost $ 200 to come fix it because the owner couldn’t make it to our house to check out damages until a few days later.) Not to mention the dents on both dryer and washer (they were new and not a scratch or dent) All of our furniture was damaged in one way or another. My very large bed wasn’t even put together. I found the brackets for the frame hidden in my laundry basket. This was after we had to ask them to re tighten all the furniture they put together because it was so wobbly. They also didn’t secure a two tiered armoire and lost the hinges. Oh and they ruined my new wood floors because they dropped the metal bed frame on it scratching it and causing splinters. Now my son can’t crawl freely. My bed has some columns and the top of one is missing. My dresser drawers don’t work anymore because the sliding mechanism was shattered. The furniture is full of dents and scratches. We bought a brand new expensive dish washer which was delivered bent at the door. They refused to install it and left us with our water cut off until we could find someone to install it. Not fun with an infant. Our new paint was messed up with scratches. They spent longer than an hour putting together the crib which was scratched up and full of splinters once they were done. They also scratched door frames from trying to get stuff into rooms. Did I mention they were 2 hours late and had to take 2 trips because the tiny budget rental truck wasn’t big enough for a 3 bedroom home? They totaled 9 hours! For 3 bedrooms! Contacting them did nothing. The owner came over 3 days later and took a couple notes but did nothing to fix anything. He left without securing anything leaving us to do it ourselves. We still haven’t heard back from them.

Soleil Moving did a great job moving us! We moved from an apartment into a house and they were so careful with all my furniture loading and unloading it! Coster, Ralph and Chad were the ones that helped and they were amazing! I highly recommend them!

I called Soleil Moving the night before my son was moving from Austin because a company we had previously booked flaked on us. They were very accommodating and were able to come the next morning at 8:30. Fred and Pops were professional and fast. They packed our moving truck very efficiently and safely. Everything was in the exact spot in the truck once we completed our 2 day drive. I would highly recommend this company for your next move.

I hired Soleil Moving and they were excellent. I was impressed with efficiency, work ethic, and willingness to move anything I need. I had 4′ x 8′ mirrors and they did a great job packaging and moving them. They were respectful with all the items and took care as they carefully packed everything into the storage unit. They were friendly and more than willing to move anything I wanted. Thanks to Frank, Fred, and Pops. You guys made my moving experience incredibly great! I would recommend this moving company to everyone.

Great experience! The two man team, Coster and Thomas, were great on our move day. We had a trailer at the ABF terminal that needed to be emptied immediately. Coster accommodated us and was able to fit us in the FOLLOWING morning. The two unloaded the trailer quickly, in about 30 minutes. They then moved us into our storage unit that was on the 3^rd floor. The move was completed in 2.25 hours which included the driving time, waiting for the very slow freight elevator at our storage facility and our extremely heavy boxes and furniture. Their rate was low but the service was superb. We expect 2 more moves in the following year and will definitely but requesting their services again. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with this moving company. They were very friendly and efficient. If I ever have to move again I would definitely use them.
