These guys were great. I called to have them fix a chip in my windshield. I was at work, so They took all of my info over the phone on my lunch break. Then they drove out to my job the same day and repaired the chip while I was working. I left my car unlocked for them and — boom! When I went to my car at the end of my workday, it was like magic… I couldn’t even tell there had been a chip in the glass. It was like it never happened. And the guy who repaired it locked my doors for me after he was done. They emailed me my receipt and called to tell me when it was finished. There was nothing but professionalism on their end and the convenience was awesome. Now I don’t have to worry about the chip spreading into cracks and costing more money to fix later on.

While parked at ABIA my windshield was struck and cracked. Got the usual, «We are not responsible for damages!». So, after getting yanked around by ABIA, APD and now my full coverage Insurance I hold so dearly for the last decade… I decided to take it on myself.
Insurance wanted 500, Safelite wanted 380. Helen and Hector charged 189+ tax. So I went with them. Money talks and… well you get the idea.
First off, Helen was friendly and was able to work me in at short notice. Secondly, Hector was right on time and very courteous. Didn’t need anything but shade. Who can blame the man, it’s hot! Anyways, I will most definitely recommend them to anyone who needs auto glass replaced.
Oh, and to the lady that had such a horrible experience. If your windshield was damaged that bad, then what do you expect! Also, Hector stated not to remove the tape or wash the vehicle for 24 hours. I can drive it wherever I want… Like to go get some beer!

I called Hector at 10 AM today to change the windshield on a 2012 Acura TSX. Its 5:45 and he is done. He was diligent, very courteous as well as professional. The windshield looks excellent and there is no broken glass or trash anywhere. I will call AAA Auto Glass and highly recommend them to others. They have very competitive rates and use quality glass. Excellent job!!!

Curse the night vandals shot out my back window! The next day I called around for quotes and was happy with the quote Hector gave me. I set an appointment for the next day and Hector came at the exact time he said he would. 45 minutes later the job was done and I couldn’t be happier with the work, price, or service. I would recommend this vendor to anyone needing auto glass work.

One of the most professional vendors I work with. Hector has done more than 50 windshields for me and we have NEVER once had a single issue. He is prompt, attentive, always cleans up after an install, and has some of the best pricing around for auto glass.
We have used AAA Auto Glass for over a year now and will continue doing so as long as we have a need for auto glass. Rain or shine Hector arrives when he says he will arrive and provides first class service at a fraction of what you would expect to pay for the service.

Great prices but you get what you pay for… He left glass all over the inside of my vehicle and in the grass and gravel in front of my home. Perfect for my young children… He knew I had an appointment to get to but refrained from telling me that he recommends not driving the vehicle for 24 hours until AFTER the window was fixed. In review, I have a new window, 10,000,000 shards of glass in my daughters seat, and a prayer that the window doesn’t fall out as I drive to work this evening.

Two days’ worth of rain was about four hours away. My wife’s Jeep’s window stopped rolling and had a crack in it. It may have been a mechanical problem — it might have been electric. But that didn’t stop Hector from coming out to take a look and getting us back on the road! He was fast, courteous, and even has a cool Ricky Ricardo accent. I’ll definitely be calling on him again.

Our windshield was damaged during the move the Texas and we have watched the crack move slowly across the window.
Afraid of getting a ticket, we finally made a few calls and ended up with All Around Austin. Don’t know why we waited so long! The installer was great! Very friendly and knew what he was doing. The price was awesome!
Highly recommend! Will use again if we ever need glass work.
PS The technician was able to move four stickers! I was impressed.
