History

Established in 2014.

During my apprenticeship more than a decade ago, the value of the hand-made blade was drilled into my brain. No CNC, no automated machine to do the work for you. Learn how to do quality work with your own two hands.

I have carried this philosophy into my current business. No automated sharpener here. I do the work by eye, with quality tools. It may take a few seconds longer, but the end result is unquestionable.

Meet the Business Owner

Lynden L.

Business Owner

I have had a passion for blades and cooking for as long as I can remember. I would often be the loudest voice telling whomever was in charge the our blades were not sharp enough.

I spent years looking for a smith that would take an apprentice so that I could learn to make quality chef knives and folding blades.

Then, I found one. Right here in Austin Texas. I have been smithing and making knives for over a decade, and have loved every minute of it.
