Today’s drink was ordered as and paid the price of a grande but left with a tall… thanks guys.

This is your standard run of the mill Starbucks. Nothing spectacular but nothing to complain about. Good for a quick caffeine fix. I recently discovered some of their sandwiches are also of decent quality for a quick snack. The roasted tomato mozzarella panini is surprisingly good.

This is one of the fastest locations I have been to, the staff are always nice and never get my order wrong! I have used the drive thru and gone inside and it is always a great experience!

This is by far my favorite Starbucks location of all of the ones I’ve been to. The staff here is very friendly and there are a couple of staff members that are so full of joy every time I see them that I guarantee if they ever didn’t have a smile, ANYONE who has encountered them more than once would instantly be really concerned. I also LOVE online ordering… I’ve even done it while in line at the drive thru when it is long, then my drink is ready and paid for by the time I get to the window and they are usually holding the drink out to me when I pull up and with a bright smile they ask me if I am Krystal just to verify and then I am on my way. :)

Starbucks. I imagine everyone who goes is aware there’s usually slow service. I will skip over the general complaint with that. I have visited this location many times and will continue too. The drive-thru can become extremely long depending on the time that you go, but they can usually get the line going fast enough that it is often worth it. Everyone is fairly friendly and the quality is consistent which of course I like! I have even tried ordering the same thing at local coffee shops, and was sadly disappointed and same price. I keep returning to Starbucks and more specifically this location.

The baristas here are super friendly and competent. They remember my order(and me) every time I come in and seem to really enjoy their work. There’s definitely cheaper places to get coffee but this is convenient and I appreciate the fact that some of the employees have been working here for years. Until stumptown opens up something in northwest Austin, I’ll be glad to come here.

yeah. Well, it’s Starbucks so I won’t waste everyone’s time talking about the food/drinks, but I will say they have some of the friendliest baristas here, and I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks(having lived in Seattle). One guy in particular(name star with a «B») always brightens up my day. The worst aspect of this one is the drive through and parking lot during morning rush hour. Ugh. Chaos.

God help me, the sound of the baristas voice who takes drive thru orders in the morning makes me want to drive into a tree. I always order my drink with«a splash of coconut milk» and at least once a week I receive a drink with Coconut Milk and a splash of coffee. Seriously!?! I know they are busy in the morning, I do… but it’s coffee. Not brain surgery. When I go inside to order instead of the drive thru, it takes FOREVER. Everyone is rushing around to take care of the line of cars, and no one seems to remember that there are people IN the store. I will keep frequenting this Starbucks, because it’s so close to my work, but they definitely need some improvement.

This location is one of the worst locations in Austin. Ask for a single shot and get a triple on the regular. I know they are busy but they need to pay attention. The manager was fake nice when I called to advise it was wrong and in the middle of me speaking she hung up on me. I’m very disappointed in this location. I’ve been a patron of Starbux for ever just like the next person. In the media they boast about their employees and service. I beg to differ. Other locations in the city have more skilled and nicer baristas and management. Avoid this location. I’ve been getting poor service here for almost 10 years and I am disappointed every time I try to give them a chance. Save yourself the headache and go to the Parmer and Mopac or Parmer and Metric location. Hell, I’d rather go to the starbux at Target or Randall’s before going to this location.

The one barista who works here is awesome, well they all are, but if you’ve been here before you know who I’m taking about!

This Starbucks is the closest location to where I live, so I stop there quite a bit. Staff is very friendly, and their coffee making is very consistent. Only wish the drive through was a bit quicker. Other than that, a great place to get coffee!

Frequently visit this location and usually happy. Wanted my usual skinny vanilla latte but they were out of sugar free vanilla. They had no idea when they would get more. How can this possibly happen at a Starbucks?

This is one of my favorite locations! The drive through person is always friendly and some times singing! Puts a smile on my face every trip. I’ve had to add stuff to my order when I pulled up to the window and they didn’t even give me that look.(you know the one!) You can always tell when employees love their job and this is defiantly one of those places!

I frequent here at least 1 x week and always order a chai tea latte. The last few times they seemed watered down so I asked if they could make it stronger. The lady helping me had me taste it before I left but this time it wasn’t watered down tasting but chocolate tasting… not anything like a chai tea at all. I let her know & she made another one… same chocolate taste! Just really bummed that I paid for something I didn’t enjoy. People working there are super friendly… again, just dissapointed.

I usually come to this location about twice a month… but I have never been disappointed at this location. I have been disappointed in others(see my other Unilocal). The staff are always courteous here; I always get my coffee on time and they always have smiles on their faces. This location is probably my favorite next to the other one up on palmer and mopac. I have always felt good vibes at this location. Thanks for listening…

Nice employees, but the line gets long quickly in the morning so go early. I usually go before 8 and don’t have to wait too long. The only thing that would make this location better is if there were more places where it was comfortable to study while having enough table space.

The customer service is awesome but the way the drive through is set up is terrible! Cars backed into the entrance & all the way into the 4 lane street of Parmer is a daily occurrence. Accidents are common, the drive through line is also set up so it blocks all of the parking spots! It’s a nightmare!

Came here to study for my MCAT on a weekday night to get away from my crazy little nephew at home. Good place to get away. Music was soft and not distracting. Free Wi-Fi is always nice. The cashier dude was a little creepy, but in a he-seems-a-little-high/hippie/friendly creepy. He informed me that my tall medium decaf would take a little bit longer than normal to brew, which was thoughtful. When I went to the counter to add some cream and sugar, I was surprised to see that there was no milk/cream to be seen! So sad. The same guy was happy to give me some half-and-half out of their fridge and promptly filled up a new container to put on the counter. Very happy with the customer service and coffee, but my table got really cold after a while, and my coffee cooled off really quickly. Maybe next time! I’ll just bring a jacket with me. Good to see that there is a drive-thru too. Edit: After reading some other reviews, the creepy guy was probably the same singing cashier that everyone else talked about. Hm.

I never thought I would give Starbucks(any Starbucks) a 5 star rating, but the customer service that I received today at this location was exceptional. This was my second to last stop for college gift basket shopping(if you read the Talk threads, you’ll know what I’m talking about), it was scorching outside, and I was pooped. The goal? Get in and out. Fast. After about 30 seconds of staring at all of the instant coffee(the selection has grown since my college days), someone approached me and asked if I needed any help. I never got her name, but she pointed out that they had both hot coffee and iced coffee now, suggested a few of the top sellers and her favorites, AND let me know that she had 50% off coupons behind the check-out counter that I could use. Umm… SCORE. The guy working the cash register was just as friendly(and actually perkier). My purchase of a 12-pack of instant hot coffee(VIA Tribute Blend– her favorite) and a 5-pack of instant iced coffee(VIA Iced Caramel– a best seller) came out to be just $ 8.94. Starbucks, I’ve always thought that you ranged from okay to pretty good, but today you’ve truly impressed me. Kudos to you– I’ll swing by more often.

Easy access to this Starbucks and I’m all about convenience. They were handing out coffee samples through the Drive-Thru and the lady in front of me ordered some kind of smoothie thing… obviously didn’t really want coffee, kind of took forever. It’s okay though, I have my talk radio and iPhone to keep me occupied. Just a Grande black coffee please. That is all.
