Specialties
We specialize in teaching and coaching the dance of Argentine Tango. ‘Coaching’? Yes, in addition to a deep study of the dance, we’ve sought to learn what is it that makes this dance so challenging (yet so rewarding that people keep coming for the challenge)? What teaching methods have the best effect? How can a student learn most effectively? What practice techniques give the biggest rewards? We specialize in working with beginners, those who want to learn the other or both roles, and those looking for practice ideas to promote technique and creativity.
History
Established in 2015.
What we lack in years of experience we make up for in intensity of study and practice. Studying with all of the tango teachers in Austin, and principally with master teacher Daniela Arcuri. Trips to Buenos Aires, Columbia, and across the United States to attend festivals and study with champion and master class teachers. Studying body mechanics, mind-body techniques, and effective ways of teaching, learning, and practicing.

Business Owner
I’ve studied a lot of some dances, and a little bit of lots of dances. When I retired from business and could dedicate myself to dance, the one that won out was Argentine Tango. It is such a rich, varied, and complex (in certain ways) dance that it can offer rewards for a lifetime.
We are located in Oak Hill, convenient to southwest Austin.
