Established in 2009.

After teaching high school science for 8 years, Dr. Burdick went back to school to become a chiropractor. She practiced for 1 year in Kansas City, Kansas and moved to the beautiful city of Austin, Texas and have been practicing here since.

Business Owner

Dr. Tanya Burdick was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. She pursued an undergraduate degrees in Biology and Secondary Education from the University of Missouri-​Kansas City. During her 8 years teaching high school science, she received a Master of Arts degree in Secondary Counseling and Guidance, also from the University of Missouri-​Kansas City. She then decided to return to the classroom and attended Cleveland Chiropractic College-​Overland Park, receiving her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2008.

Dr. Burdick practiced for a year in Kansas City, and then decided to move to Austin, Texas to grow her practice.

Dr. Burdick is board certified, completing Parts I, II, III, IV, and Physiotherapy, through the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. She has a Texas state license and is always continuing her education by attending postgraduate seminars.

When not in the office, Dr. Burdick enjoys being outside, listening to live music, and spending time with friends.

my daughter was in a car wreck and the next day she had a very stiff neck and she was not happy because she was in playoffs for her varsity basket ball (go leander lions) she was upset because she could not play.
we took her to see dr tanya and the next day she was smiling because she could play. they lost that game that night but it was not because my baby could not play in the game. thanks so much for you great work and helping my daughter get back to doing what she loves. go see her and she will be getting you back to doing the things you love.

As someone who as always been a skeptic of Chiropractors I was not sure that Dr Burdick would be able to help me, but I was told that an adjustment may be able to help me with the frequent headaches that I had been getting. My headaches were so frequent that at that point it was worth a try.
Dr Burdick made me feel very comfortable at her office and put me at ease. She then performed an adjustment on me, after getting over the initial shock of the adjustment I immediately felt a release of tension in my neck, which was were the primary source of my headaches started.
I am happy to say that it had been about 4 months since I had any recurring headaches after that adjustment and am no longer a skeptic!

Talk about getting good care… Dr. Tanya has been a godsend. She takes her time, takes my insurance, explains everything, does not require needless appointments or tests (that has kept me from going to the chiropractor in the past), and makes me crave each adjustment. Her bedside manner is professional and yet warm and nurturing.
I saw her after my accident and will continue to see her for maintenance. She is awesome and I am so grateful to have her as one of my health care providers.
