The Foxhoven Law Firm, PLLC, provides legal services, consisting of Business Law Solutions, Estate Planning, Family Law, and Criminal Defense, primarily to individuals and businesses in Austin, Texas and surrounding communities, including Travis, Williamson, Bastrop, and Hays counties.

History

Established in 2011.

Deke R. Foxhoven’s quest to provide a personal and caring legal service to Central Texans began with the founding of The Foxhoven Law Firm, PLLC in 2011.

Meet the Business Owner

Deke F.

Business Owner

Deke earned his BA from the University of Texas, Austin in 1999. After about seven years as an educator, school administrator, and local musician in Austin, he decided to attend law school at the University of Miami School of Law, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.

During law school, Deke made the Dean’s List every semester (except the semester in which his child was born!), achieved the grades necessary to join the Inter-​American Law Review as an Associate Editor, competed his way onto one of the highest ranked Moot Court Boards in the country, and served as Public Relations Officer for the International Law Society.

After graduation, Deke and his wife decided it was time to return to Austin, Texas to be near family and friends. Since then, he has been working on developing a more holistic approach to the service of law with the understanding that most people desire a sincere and caring counselor to guide them through the legal process.
