Nice store, nice people, excellent service. If they don’t have what you want — they will get it. Great job!

Always friendly and prices are good for a small place. Good selection, clean and convenient to use it for the place to get booze.

Never thought there’d be a reason to write a review for the liquor store. The guy that helped me today was awesome. Pointed me right to what I wanted was very friendly and FAST for those of you(not me of course) who have to dash in on your lunch break!

Stopped by here yesterday looking for some Dulce Vida Lone Star Edition Organic Tequila that I had sampled at the Barreled 2013 event. While they had the others, they were not yet carrying that one. Apparently, only their larger stores get it. The manager was nice and offered to call one of the other stores, but it was ok. I did not have the time to run all over to find it. Maybe next time. The store was a small, but jam packed libation heaven, including a nice selection of wines including some of my favorite Proseccos, Cavas and Champagnes; AND they are competitively priced. To my delight, they did have the Segura Viudas Brut Rose Cava, which I rarely see around town. There is a 15% discount if you purchased six bottles of wine, which brought the price down to less than $ 7 a bottle! Because one is good, but six is a week supply! Score! ;) (You hear that Central Market wine department??? 15% off six bottles EVERYDAYTHEYAREOPEN, not 10%, but 15% !!!) Now you did not have to get six of the same wines, you could mix your six, so to speak. The transaction was pleasant, the manager and other gal working their were quite helpful and friendly… as it should be. I left feeling like a new member of their family with promises to return again and with ALL the Segura Viudas Brut Rose Cava on the floor(6 bottles). Per bottle price is less than a glass at the local bars. I am thinking it is going to be a bubbly Easter ;)

I went to this store for our wedding wines. I am a big fan of Nancy. She took the time to talk with me about the menu, the number of guests and my personal likes and dislikes. She gave us excellent suggestions and wonderful customer service. Nancy went the extra mile and took the sting out of spending hundreds of dollars on just wine(OK we’re talking wedding here… everything is cha-ching cha-ching but somehow it seemed fun and the right thing to do.) :)

There’s something to be said for the neighborhood package store, which, while part of a larger chain, still manages to keep the personal touch on a very busy day for most grain alcohol retailers. The pennies-on-the-dollar discount that you get at the big box stores can easily be made up in the convenience of driving a shorter distance and avoiding a crazy traffic jam in an overcrowded parking lot. I came to appreciate that today when that dreaded«I forgot something at Specs» moment struck. Thankfully, this Twin Liquors was there to save the balance of my afternoon. The only knock on this store is that it’s in a tiny strip center. The store itself is so compact that there really isn’t any room for either the variety and quantity of beverages they try to stock. It concerns me a bit because their overstock is unboxed and perched precariously atop the shelves. The aisles are narrow and I feel somewhat claustrophobic in this store, to the point that I’m afraid of accidentally knocking product off the shelves. There really is no room for in-store demos, but they soldier on with them anyway. Although I seldom shop for adult beverage products anymore other than on special occasions, I’ll keep this little store in mind for just those times.
