Liars. They refused a return on unopened beer, falsely claiming that«TABC restricts them from accepting returns on them» and that it was like this at HEB and other places as well. So, fortunately I was able to test this claim as I also had unopened beer purchased next door at Costco. I went to return it and they accepted it, no problem. I went back to WB and they said that Costco had it wrong, they shouldn’t be doing that, and stuck to their fabrication that TABC restricts accepting unopened beer. This is not true. Googling will show that there is nothing on TABC code stating this policy. WB claimed that Costco policy was wrong and their lie was right. I got a hold of a district manager who still did not admit fault, still claimed that TABC talks about not accepting returns, but allowed for the processing of my return. The most disappointing thing in this ordeal is that this business was willing to lie to their customers. I regret spending 300 on liquor here to then get blatantly lied to and forcing me to jump through hurdles for a 20 dollar return, which I honestly don’t even care about. Don’t let these thieves lie to you too. Take your business elsewhere.

Well I like the place but the last time I went in to purchase liquor was not so good. I whipped our my Costo card out of habit and the young lady exclaims in a most sarcastic voice«We have NOTHING to do with Costco» Reminded me of the story in the bible where Peter denies knowing Jesus, 3 times…

Place has a decent selection at pretty good prices. Not the selection you’d find at Spec’s but prices are a few dollars less. While they had tito’s vodka they didn’t have white hat rum. You might save a few bucks shopping on major brands but you’re not gonna find any gems here.
