We are a Fitness Bootcamp located in Austin, TX. Fitness Boot Camp is based on your OWN abilities. I will be there to push you whenever you need it and make sure that you are doing the exercises correctly. So regardless of what your current fitness level is or what shape you are in, this boot camp will help you get the results you want! We specialize in functional training and incorporate a variety of training tools including weights, battle-​ropes, kettle-​bells, medicine balls and more. We have a program designed to help meet any goal and can help people of all ability levels!

My fitness journey was not a linear path. Four short years ago, I was 60 pounds overweight and working a 60+ hour/​week job that I hated. Like many Americans, I turned to food and beer to bring me happiness because I felt trapped in my situation and didn’t see the obvious answer that I needed to reboot my life. I began reading any nutrition and fitness information I could get my hands on and started taking Muay Thai lessons at a local gym. Although I was initially concerned about working out cutting into my free time, my energy shot though the roof and I realized I actually had more time in my day to explore my new surroundings and do the things I love. I lost 70 pounds within the first 8 months of my new lifestyle and have never looked back.
