This fast care is not really fast care ! I came in waited an hour got called in sat in my room for 45 min until Doctor finally arrived

The only reason that I chose 1 star is because there is no option for 0 or negative ten. This facility is immaculate, the staff are super nice especially Barbara the manager and the nurses and office staff. Even the X-​ray Techs are awesome and that’s where it ends.
The standard of care here is horrible. Specifically, Dr Korn who I believe may also be the owner is terrible. I suffered a knee injury and thanks to Dr. Korns lack of care I was given an ice pack and a simple wrap. That lack of initial care and treatment led me to many many months of corrective medical care by real doctors who care and who are not in bed with Workers Compensation.
Other doctors in his own facility complained to me about the treatment I received on my initial visit by him.
This place prides itself on fast access to medical care and that’s true but do yourself a favor and go to another facility you’ll wish you did. I sure did.

I used to go to their Miami beach location but since I’ve moved I go to their aVentura location. It’s clean with plenty of parking. I came in feeling sick with the chills and being a breast feeding mom wanted to rule out any infections. Doctor was polite but seemed a little hesitant like he hasn’t been in practice too long. He is young but did diagnose me correctly with the flu. Since I breastfeed he did not recommend and prescription drugs. Overall good experience they even called the next day to see how I’m feeling. Will come back again.

I had a great experience coming. Nurses were friendly, service was fast, and doctor was helpful, didn’t rush me, examined me, and told me to call him Thursday (checking to make sure he wasn’t off that day) if I didn’t get better. I didn’t give them 5 stars because I was super sick so I don’t know what they would be like if it was more serious. I’ll come back though

This is in response to fast cares comment… I went to my dentist and actually did have an infection which was causing the 10 out of 10 pain… had your physician done a thorough head to toe patient assessment (which I guess he never learned while he was an intern or resident) he would have found out that this patient was not drug seeking (healthcare professional I am!)…this place is a joke with a board certified physician who does not perform a head to toe assessment and tries to diagnose the patient without assessing.
Go to the place on 163^rd… this place is a fraud (your fake reviews tell it all as well)

This place is great if you’re not actually sick. Some of the doctors as nurses are ok, but it’s a total crap shoot. The receptionists are nice until you need something, then they become self righteous asses. If you need to be tested for anything, your test results are not guaranteed to come back in the time frame they tell you they will come back in. I have been waiting four days for blood work and a throat culture. My throat is swollen to the size of a coconut with white pus in it and all they offer is excuses as to why the results aren’t in, after me paying them money and insisting that the doctor does tests, which they were not thinking of administering. One doctor completely misdiagnosed me and I could hear them on the phone asking someone else about my symptoms… Not the kind of conversation an ill person wants to hear from behind a closed door coming from the mouth of the person you are entrusting your life and well being to.
Specifically, the receptionist Deedee apparently never learned anything about bedside manner or heard the phrase «the customer is always right», because she is a total mouthy bitch who offers nothing but snide commentary and excuses, disingenuous «courtesy» and a genuine aura of not giving a crap. I sincerely hope she gets fired, because she has not one kind or sympathetic bone in her fat body.
I have been misprescribed medication, misdiagnosed and forced to pay ANOTHER copay to right the wrongs perpetrated by their doctors and staff upon a second visit the day after being misdiagnosed by their doctor.
If I only took into consideration the decent doctors and staff they have on hand, I may give the place 3 – 4 stars, but when you’re ill and get the short end of the stick, it’s not only frustrating, but life threatening too.
Never again. This place is too checkered and uneven to risk your health with. Go to a real doctor. They may actually care about your well being.

The staff is incredibly friendly, super efficient and best if all, competent. The complaints here as far as I’m concerned are due to the incredibly attentive service they give each one of their patients which means at times you could spend a little time in the waiting area.

Worst service! Be prepared to wait the whole day before you even get to pay. Once you pay and fill out the forms you will have to wait some more. I went here thinking it was fast as the name implies but it is the opposite.

This place is not as fast as it say. I have to wait for 45 minutes for a follow up. And they treatment as a new patience. They charge again for the visit and just for antibiotic prescription that I didn’t received at the first visit. The staff are friendly.

There isn’t too much «fast» at Fast Care. I waited for over an hour in the waiting room on a Sunday morning and then the nurse input my information in the computer using the one-​finger method, asking me to spell every word I said. The doctor spent two minutes with me and wrote an antibiotic script. All in all, I got what I came for, but there is nothing that sets this walk-​in clinic apart from the rest.

I was here 3 pm on a Sunday… And we have as good as it gets,.
Doc was super professional… Very efficient… not a slimy fast track urgent care… staffed with kind professionals.

I arrived here at 1:40p.m. on a beautiful Sunday afternoon in South Florida, with an injured foot, which became affectionately known on the interwebs by my friends as Mama June’s Forklift Foot. I had posted pictures on Facebook and after a fierce amount of peer pressure making me scared that I had in fact broken it, I schlepped my arse out of bed where I had been icing it and «drug» my foot over to FastCare.
After the usual formalities of swapping insurance and personal information, I plopped myself down in the waiting room, armed with a bottle of Poland Springs, my phone, my laptop and my chargers, expecting at least an hour’s wait before I was even seen to.
About an hour later, I was out of there, after being triaged, seen by Dr. Abbot I believe her name was, x-​rayed, my x-​rays then e-​mailed to a radiographer because the doctor wasn’t sure if it was fractured or not (it’s not), AND… apologies for the delay.
This place is great for me. It’s in a great location right beside Aventura Hospital. They are open 7 days a week 365 days of the year for non-​emergencies and open evenings and take most insurances. Chatting to the lovely receptionist she told me they recently opened on in Miami Beach also.
I think this is a GREAT alternative to the ER when your regular doctor is not available.

Absolute WORST place ever.
if you are dying, its probably better to find a bum and go there.
first off, we went for a sprained ankle, wasnt busy when we got there, so you would expect quick service? FALSE. over 2 hours in the waiting room, finally got in… the nurse probably got her license off of ebay, because she had NO clue what she was doing, she was even writing stuff on her hands.
They said the doctor would be in shortly, also, FALSE.
another hour later the doctor finally came in. Just because you are a doctor does not mean you can treat people like this… probably the worst person I have ever encountered. She was rude, didnt care, and didnt do anything! And, she couldnt even use the computer!
a whole 30 seconds later she told the nurse to splint it. a simple fix, not for them.
2 tries later they finally wrapped it in an ace bandage.
total time for an ace bandage: 6 HOURS!
NEVER GO HERE!

This place is good for those that like to spend money on a cold/​flu, even knowing that there is no cure for a cold or flu.
my x used to come here with sniffles and sneezes. And they always perscribed him Antibiotics. Which i’m not a fan of! Antibiotics can only cure bacteria infections, and when your on your death bed for a staff infection… the antibiotics won’t work, cause your body will be immune.
All in all, their cheaper than going to an ER or specialist. The reason I give them the stars that I do, is they properly diagnosed my Xs hernia, even when the specialist said it wasn’t. Eventually he got an operation.
Just don’t overtake Antibiotics!
However I did come here once with vertigo and they correctly diagnosed. Took me a month with vertigo to get me to go to a doctor. i got some ear drops cause it was an ear infection… but either way… there was no cure and a month later the vertigo had gone and never returned.
