I knew I’d have to purchase four new tires for my Lexus pretty soon but as soon as I noticed a screw in one of the tires I came in right away. Having purchased tires from this location before and receiving great service made me come back. Stopped by around 515pm on a Monday night and they seemed pretty busy but were able to help me out without a problem. Overall I was happy with my service, however, if a customer is ready to purchase a brand new set of tires, shouldn’t free alignment be included? Isn’t spending over $ 500 enough? But the free bottles of water softened the blow to the extra charge. I did find a coupon online for a $ 10 discount off alignment. Woo-​hoo.

Showed up almost an hour early for my appointment (had to have the vehicle towed and wanted to assure I’d be on time). Staff was very friendly and attentive while checking in.
However, it is now 30 minutes past my appointment time and my vehicle is still sitting in the lot, waiting for the tech to get to it.
Edit: I asked the counter how much longer it would be and was told «you’re next». I asked about the free oil change for waiting longer than 15 minutes per the online agreement and they had not heard of such a thing. I showed them the online agreement and they agreed to the free oil change. Will update when they finally get to the car.
Edit 2: they just pulled the car into the bay, 40 minutes after my appointment time.

Great, great customer service! These guys all go above and beyond what’s expected! I went in back in January to get new front tires and was offered an alignment check which they do free so, why not. When I went to pick up my car they notified me that a part was broken and rather than align my car incorrectly and send me on my way they gave me a very reasonable quote on what it would cost to fix it. I just took it in last week to fix that part and get the front end realigned and the manager, Tim, warned me that one of my back tires was cracking and needed to be replaced. I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of because I’m a woman. It seems as though these guys are genuinely looking out for their customers to ensure that they are safe on the road. These guys are the best! Tim takes excellent care of his customers. This place is my go to!

Don’t ever come here to get work done, and if you do, then make sure you clear out your whole schedule for that day. They are very unorganized and take forever. Customer service is beyond poor

I limped in with a leaking tire at 15 mins before closing on a Friday night, Tom and the staff replaced my tire (an odd tire at that) and even did some online research to help me out. Tom was great, was eager to help me out dispite it being so late. The tire tech Jose was extremely friendly, neat, and professional, he even wrapped my old tire in plastic for me to take back to Mercedes! These guys are awesome!

I have been here a few times. From fluid flush to oil changes, they have taken care of me and the customer service is A+. I would keep going back to this place for any under the hood items. I have not bought tires here.

I discovered Big Brand Tires last year when I purchase and oil change package from an outside vendor, a deal I couldn’t pass up. Three oil changes, including tire rotation for only $ 50! I called ahead to make an appointment and when I arrived, my name was on this flat screen appointment monitor and I already felt like a valued customer before I even checked in with one of their amazing associates. The staff is super friendly and attentive, updating me when needed, as the work on my car progressed. While removing my tires for rotation, there was a problem with the lug nuts on one tire, resulting in two broken lug nuts. Tim found me in the waiting in area and informed me of the situation, stating that he didn’t have the appropriate part but had already called someone at another location to deliver them. There was no out of pocket charge for the lug nuts and I am now here on my third and final «freebie», having never given them a dime. I have 27 years of customer service experience and Big Brand Tire definitely treats each and every person with the utmost courtesy and respect. They make us feel at home, offering free WiFi and a cool place to hang out while our cars are serviced. I recommend Big Brand Tires to anyone who will listen and will be back when I need tires!

Big Brand Tire on White Ln is the BEST place to bring your car for any type of repair. They do it all there! They are quick and friendly and their prices can’t be beat. I called several other shops around town to fix my focus but they were all either over priced or rude. As soon as I called Big Brand tire and talked to Tomas I could tell this was the place to bring my car and knew I would be taken care of, sure enough I was right. They had my car fixed and sent me on my way before I knew it! I am now a life long customer of Big Brand!

The staff is very friendly and helpful! Tomas was great he helped me and answered all my questions. I will be returning for any other car issues. I was here for new tires and the prices were great better than there competitors. I had and appointment and was helped right away and my car was taken right on back to get the work done! Wait time was about an hour.

I love this place. It is ridiculously easy. I have taken 4 of my cars here over the last few years. They fix your flat for free which is freaking fabulous! They seem to be pretty straight forward and honest. They do not try to over sell stuff which is great. They will tell you what you need and leave it up to you whether you want to get it done or not. All of which I really appreciate, especially as a woman going into a car place. I never feel uncomfortable and they are always more than willing to help!
