Legal Documents are selected and filed with the local Court after careful inquiry and under the client’s direction. Kern Divorce has the professional knowledge to prepare a marital agreement uncontested cases. Kern Divorce can further prepare the necessary QDRO for division of retirement and pension benefits plans. Legal document assistance is provided at economical rates with personal caring attention. Kern Divorce is licensed and bonded in Kern County.
