ICON is so extremely responsive to all my emails. Once upon a time, i used a local chain place and they were ok, but expensive and quite honestly very inconvenient. But ICON has been fantastic on multiple fronts. Great customer service on the front end with orders, design of logos and stationary both on paper/​banners/​posters/​brochures/​biz cards to name a few. I’ve used them for all the above as well as just basic handout sheets in multiple colors.
Pricing has been super competitive on everything i’ve ordered. So competitive i’ve really just stopped wasting my time and shopping around online. Not worth my trouble bc ICON is always right there. And truthfully, they’re LOCAL and I love supporting LOCAL.
They also deliver, which saves me a whole lot of time, and have never charged me for delivery as well. Totally would recommend this company to anybody needing big and small projects both. And that’s one thing i do appreciate as well, sometimes i’ve approached them with what i thought was a super small project, thinking they couldn’t help but it’s never ever been an issue.

I have had business card flyers and post card size hand outs printed with Icon. All my interactions with Jeff, Ben and all the staff have always exceeded my expectations. They are professional, knowledgeable and great people to work with. Fast turnaround and and great quality. Thanks guys will definitely see you soon.

Ok. Second event of the year… time to order flyers– guess what happened? Everything was perfect, easy and on time… just what I have come to know everytime I deal with PrintDirtCheap (Icon). Love these guys/​girls. I put in my order, they double checked with me to make sure we are dialed in, I sent in the wrong size and they double checked with me, fixed it, printed it, shipped it and it arrived on time and beautiful… yeah I recommend them.

I always take my business to ICON because I need that extra help with the graphics to make my advertisements look perfect. It’s worth the money to get an expert to get it just right when I can’t. Turn around time is quick and the staff is not only very personable, but very fluent in knowledge. As a business owner it’s incredibly important to have vibrant graphics and a flawless look on flyers and postcards. They always seem to capture what I am wanting to portray. Thanks ICON! Went in to have wedding invitations created and printed. No one had any templates or formats or rough draft or examples to show me. They only had two types of card they used to print on. So at least I got to select that. I told them I needed 150. And was told I had to either order 100 or 300. After someone talking to someone they decided they could do 150 for me. Printed me up a quote then told me to email the fonts that I want and what I want written on the invitations. Ummm seriously? You don’t have fonts that I can look at in person and select, rather I need to Google and then check with you to see if you have that font. Then someone told me I could look at a font on their computer, gee thanks. After some searching I found the fonts I wanted. I left. I had to verify times with my venue before I gave them my wording and dates etc. I emailed them what I wanted on the invitation in detail. Then received an email back saying that I need to review the invoice and then pay for my product FIRST. I called immediately and was told that I needed to pay IN FULL before I even got to look at a proof and AT THE VERY LEAST I needed to pay half down before I could look at a proof!!! I said can’t you put a huge stamp on it that says proof so I can’t just print this myself. To which I was told no Jeff (the owner) told them those were the guidelines and they had to follow. I asked them to have Jeff give me a call, but was told he is out of the office for the day. OK can he call me tomorrow? Well he is in Mexico. OK so do you correspond with him at all? Yes sometimes he corresponds with us. OK I’ll go elsewhere. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The antithesis of progress would be doing business with this office and staff.

Quick service and priced really well. Their quality is excellent and when I have needed them to create a template for me I am always really happy. I order anything I print on paper with them.

Excellent prints & rock bottom prices! I had a newsletter printed through ICON (
) and I was very pleased with the result. Color prints are only 6 cents a side, compared to 50 cents at most places. I often have to print in mass quantities so this is a much more affordable option. I had my newsletter printed & folded for less than half the cost of doing the work myself! They also ship anywhere in the US. This place has my business for a long time!

I’ve been doing business with Icon (
) since May 2011 and every product I’ve received from them has been superb quality. They are friendly and easy to work with. There was only one order screwup where they printed double amount of one rack card and none of another. They promptly sent the missing prints express delivery.
They print with very high LPI and I believe they are using stacatto screens as well for their offset. Their digital prints are very high quality as well. Barely able to tell they are digital as opposed to offset. Their offset trapping is tight and I never get any halos. If you know how to setup your files and pre-​press well, you can get some really really nice quality prints.
Their prices are great, shipping and turnaround is great. Definitely one of my top print vendors.

Love these guys. Great printer to have in your arsenal. The whole group is courteous, friendly and communicative. Very essential when working with time-​sensitive projects, which they handle with considerable aplomb. All this while being reasonably priced. They will often go above and beyond if I am in a pickle, which is practically always. Been working with them for years and will continue to do so for many more.

I have been doing business with Icon Printing Solutions since 2009. I use them on a business to business level. Over the years I have run probably over a 100 print jobs through them and have not once been let down.
They are extremely well priced and more competitive them most online print places. The difference with icon is you get great pricing, personal service, and great quality. They have bent over backwards to be sure my jobs get done on time. When I’m in a pickle and need something yesterday they always compliment my needs.
Another thing I like is that they are active in the community. Being active members in some of the local organizations, and donating to good local causes is a A+ for me.

PDC is pretty stinking good! We’ve been using them for fliers and banners, but they’ve really got a lot to offer. Jeff is a great guy to work with and really puts forth a TON of effort to make sure orders are processed quickly and correctly. You really can’t go wrong with them!
