I have bought 4 cars from Phil Turley at Mercedes and will wholeheartedly recommend him and the staff to friends. His service doesn’t end when the sale is done. I love that I don’t feel like he is trying to squeeze every cent from me AND gives great advice on what/​why each car/​feature matters. Their service department is amazing as well. Dawn is so responsive and kind. And PJ in finance is so competent and sweet. I have no reservations and encourage you to buy local!

This place should be ashamed of the way they treated a great lady. Especially after The law suit about oil consumption of their engines. That’s all the lady wanted was your company to fix it. But the service manger was so fu… Up He made her cry in the dealership. Way to go. He is a real MAN. God might forgive you when the time comes.

This is the first time I wish I could give negative stars. I’ve been to this dealer multiple times and every time I’ve been walking around the lot no salesmen comes up to help. It’s not until I went inside and found all the salesmen sitting around chatting that I could get someone to help me (and this happened on more than one occasion). The Volvo/​Subaru staff are terrible and the Mercedes staff are only slightly less terrible. Every test drive I did the salesmen didn’t come on the drive, just gave me the keys and said here you go. Had no idea what features were on the cars I drove or how to use them. I’m planning on buying the car I was going to buy here at a different dealer.

I recently took my girls subaru there for an oilchange and they called and said the brake light was out and it would be $ 50 to fix it I declined saying I would replace it. I pick it up and the lady says oh we went ahead and fixed it for free. Liars there was nothing wrong with it in the first place I checked the brake lights before. I also have a friend who got an oil change there and later on the check engine light came out so he takes it there and guess what it needs a new sensor for $ 800. So anyway he takes it to another place and they figure out someone crossed the plugs on the water pump easy, free fix. Be careful going to this place they will rob you, at least seek a second opinion from a trusted mechanic

This is the 3^rd Mercedes I have had the pleasure to lease from Sangera Mercedes in Bakersfield. Joel and Damen are both amazing, they work miracles every time! If you’re considering purchasing a new or used Mercedes Benz, this is the only place to go!!! i love bout 6 hours away! You don’t have to be local to get the best deal around. They take care of everyone!

I called on a Monday expressing that I wanted the Subaru Crosstrek in white with black interior and automatic, and made it clear that I wanted to purchase the vehicle the next day. (Mind you I live 3 hours away) I spoke to Surinder who stated they had that Subaru in stock, and only had one left. After a few conversations about the vehicle, I decided to proceed with the paperwork and complete a credit check online for purchase and vehicle pick up on Tuesday (1 day later).
After an hour passed after completing the credit card application, I called to check the status; Surinder informed me that a «local radio station» called wanting to «purchase» 6 of their Subaru Crosstreks.
As a costumer, who had started the process and paperwork on that vehicle, I would think that I would be on their top priority for that car in the color I requested for; but instead, he informed me that he could not sell me that car until the «local radio station» selected their colors.
Surinder stated that he would call me in an hour. He DID NOT FOLLOW up with me, for the rest of the evening, and had the Audacity to call me the next day to «apologize».
Surinder and Sangera Automotive Group is fallacious and I DO NOT RECOMMEND giving your business to them!!!
I’m beyond livid and plan on writing to the better business bureau.

If I could give negative stars, I honestly would. After being a supportive brand ambassador and have purchased over 6 Mercedes from Sangera, I am appalled by recent events that have left me with an unfavorable impression and experience. I will no longer support, service, nor purchase my vehicles from this group.

Worst customer service ever by the service director himself. It took three different visits within a 6 month period to fix a single problem on my car. I’d rather take a drive out of town to get my service done at another Mercedes dealer.

Just bought a Subaru cross trek about a month and a half ago. Cars great. I got the gold coverage extended warranty to feel as if any needs would be Met. However upon first service appointment they turned down an oil change at 5000 miles because their recommendation wasn’t until 6000, even though my cutoff for service is 7500. Also mentioned the car was pulling to the right and instead of putting it on a machine, they «test drove» it and assured me it was fine. (At a low mph when my problem was more a freeway thing.) anyone who knows a bit about mechanics knows that centrifugal force increases as rpm does, and that law of physics applies to tire misalignment. They have a very bad attitude towards customers and I say plural because I’ve read similar reviews on here. They have a false sense of superior knowledge, that gets in the way of them making customers pleased and well taken care of. If you want to feel as if your service department cares at all, don’t choose this one!

If I could rate this business a zero I would. Absolutely the worst dealership I have ever been to. I bought my 2010 Subaru Forester in 2012 with 37,000 miles on it and within one month the engine blew up and the clutch had to be replaced — I was basically sold a lemon. The dealership did everything they could not to replace my engine, but was ultimately obligated under extended warranty. When my clutch failed soon thereafter, they refused to fix it even though it was under warranty. I then went to Galpin Subaru in Santa Clarita and they replaced it no questions asked and gave me a loaner car for two weeks. These people not only sell lemons, but they do not run an honest business. Buyer beware.

Great job Phil Turley. Probably the best experience I’ve had when purchasing a car. Extremely knowledgable, but even more impressive and genuinely evident was Turley’s respect and pride for his career, and the Mercedes Benz Auto Company. His calm, no pressure yet confident sales representing was a reassurance that I was buying the right car.

The worse customer service. It does not compare to any other Mercedes Benz dealer in the nation. I’ve driven all over this country and this place is by far the worse. Nobody is ever there to greet you for service. No one looks happy. Everyone is miserable. You pay for their mistakes literally. Be aware that the service is not up to par. Your guess is as good as theirs. Go to LA for real service. This place takes advantage of the fact that there is no competition and will treat you as such. Avoid this place if you’re used to MB’s nice courtesy service. This was my second time hoping the first was just a fluke. I was highly mistaken.

I kept my car for 2 months w/​o driving it, because I waited for the new CLA. On 6÷9÷14 I was on my way to pick-​up the car, when I got there they changed the amount of money I have to put down. They said $ 4,500 $ 635 monthly payments. When I’m ready to get the vihicle, they want $ 5,800. I didn’t get the car, and I was late for my flight in Chicago. I slept at the airport in Chicago, because I missed my connecting flight.
Originally I was denied in this dealer. I came back and the guy named Surinder didn’t believe me that I got approved in Foothill Ranch and Thousands Oaks. I brought my Mercedes-​Benz, and he still saying dealers in LA usually let customer have the car even though they’re not approved. Not true! I believe that Sangera is weak when it comes to communicating in the Mercedes-​Benz Financial Personell. How I got approved in other dealers and was DENIED in Bakersfield? Btw I was approved to get an M4 originally I was DENIED to get 428i. I have to do trade in to get it. Without trade in I can only get 3 series. I went in LA I got approved for any car. It seems to me that LA is the best place to go and buy car. ONLY if you’re wanting new car. I got my Mercedes-​Benz just $ 750 from Thousands Oaks. The 4matic in Sangera that I was crazy about causing me to got stranded in Chicago (I almost got in jail for refusing to give the homeless people blanket that they provide at the airport. I was freezing to death. My luggage was checked in. I have to wake up at 3am while I didn’t got any sleep. The airport was still closed). Is worth $ 42,000 $ 470 monthly payments lease for 36 $, 2,000 down whereas in Sangera Mercedes-​Benz Bakersfield California I have to put down $ 5,800 and $ 635 monthly payments 36 months lease. l Okay whoever reads this please do the math.
Also, if you got denied in Bakersfield to get your favorite car, message me and be my friend. I will show where to get it. In Sangera Mercedes-​Benz Bakersfield California you will sweat in blood and still not get any new car. They ARE WEAK when it comes to dealing with financial services of Mercedes-​Benz.
They are STRONG when it comes to INSULTING some customers (I’m not saying ALL customers. I said SOME customers).I wonder how many customers who got denied in this specific Mercedes-​Benz car dealer?? Which they could have gotten one if they go out of town. I live local, but to be able to get nicer car, I have to go in LA or OC. I will never go in this place to buy my car. Why? I know I will be denied. No courtesy to let you know that they’re doing their best to get you approve. I even beg to put $ 15,000 down to get approved. Yet I’m still denied. Then I went to Thousands Oaks, California Los Angeles County I got Mercedes-​Benz, my down payment was $ 750.Thank you Sangera Mercedes-​Benz in Bakersfield, California United States Of America for saving me $ 14,250 DOLLARS! ! It did helped for you to DENIED me. It saves me thousands of dollars. BTW $ 15,000 is a lot of money whereas for PORCHE 911 $ 999 monthly payments $ 5,000 down. Why put $ 15,000 on Mercedes-​Benz if can get Porche 911 for $ 5,000 down. Thank you for wasting my time. Thank you for missing my flight to Chicago. Thank you for causing me to be miserable in Chicago and almost got arrested for a piece of blanket.

We just leased a 2015 Subaru Legacy which we love already! Our salesman Leo Salazar was very helpful, courteous, answered all our questions beforehand. If he didn’t have the answer he researched further and got back to us right away. This was a smooth swift transaction, we never felt pressure to buy. The ball was in our court. We got what we wanted and would highly recommend asking for Leo Salazar when you come in to browse/​lease/​buy a vehicle. He will take good care of you!

I am giving Subaru and Leo Salazar 5 stars. I am very hard to please but was very satisfied with the whole experience. No problems from beginning to end. Was treated like family. Everyone was very nice. Go see Leo!

Very friendly personnel! Everybody was Very vey nice to me…
But… The service done on my Subaru was far from good
Rotated all tires and replace one of those, but they didn’t balanced or aligned the tires afterwards
My car is pulling to whatever side and is not stable… After calling them so they could fix my car. They told me I had to pay $ 137 for the alignment… Whatever I completed a very disappointed consumer review and received a called afterwards to schedule an appointment to get the car fixed for free!
Why do I have to complain in order for them to do a good job?
Very disappointing they would do such a poor service… I’m not servicing my car outside of Colorado again… Probably they don’t even know that my car has AWD, for them to do such a crappy job on my tires and mess up the car stability
