We had 12 of our windows replaced yesterday with Milguard Styleline flush windows. They absolutely look and function wonderfully. It gives the house a more updated and modern feel. Jimmy has the best and most reasonable prices around, I’ve gotten quotes from a few others around the area, and he is the most upfront, honest, and trustworthy. He came out two times just to verify our window dimensions and his window installer crew are very punctual, professional, and did a wonderful job. We are super excited on how they look! We replaced 20 of our house windows. Jimmy was very nice and professional, he has your best interest. The price was fair, he even gave me a rebate form to send to Milgard. I thought that was very thoughtful of him. His staff is excellent they go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. They work super hard to get the job done. I will add my voice to the chorus of praise. I just had Jimmy and his crew replace twenty windows in my office/​apartment. Jimmy is very knowledgeable about what products are available and how to solve the unique problems every different job presents. His crew arrived early, all very polite and hard-​working, and did the job in a neat and efficient manner. All the windows were in by the first afternoon, but some of the crew returned the next day to make sure everything was caulked tight and neatly painted. They went above and beyond, even going out to buy materials to help reinstall the old air-​conditioning units in the new frames. Oh, yeah, I should also mention that the Milgard Windows look great and blend in with the character of my 1930s building and the price was very fair. I would recommend Irwindale Windows to anyone. We used Irwindale Windows to replace the large bay windows in our living room. We were replacing old style wood frames which were single paned but looked very quaint. The last company we used to replace vintage windows gave us frames with a terrible fit, which in my picky opinion spoiled the look of the windows. But Irwindale Windows did a great job. The windows fit very well and look better than ever, as well as being more practical and secure. Jimmy and the installers were all very professional and thorough every step of the way.

Jimmy was nice enough to come to my home in Hollywood to look at the window installation done by another company that had developed leaks. He explained what had gone wrong and what the other company should do to fix the problem. I’m writing this review to recommend Jimmy because he was being helpful just for the sake of it — and he seemed knowledgeable, ethical, honest, and professional (rare qualities in a business full of hacks who do shoddy work). If I had to install windows all over again I would definitely hire Jimmy Maa.

The most professional service I have ever received. Jimmy the owner is a perfectionist and did a great job installing my wall to wall window (approximately 8 feet in height and 16 feet across). He gave me an installation date and it was installed on that date, no delays. The price was the best price I could find. he has very fair prices. His crew was very clean, installation was done quickly. I loved my window.

We just finished meeting with Jimmy to finalize our window order, and yes, it is 10:30 at night. He is truly the best! My husband had a work event, but Jimmy was so nice and willing to accommodate to meet us at 9. He is very knowledgeable and gives great advice. He even knows what our city requires when it comes to grids!!! He knows we’re on a tight budget on our remodel, and gave us advice on how to minimize our cost as well. We went with Milgard ultra, and his quote is the best priced, even compared to online discount window stores! We found Jimmy through my father in law, but I actually have also heard of him from 3 of our friends who had nothing but great things to say about their experience with Jimmy and Irwindale Windows. To sum it up, jimmy is a nice, patient, knowledgeable, trustworthy and very accommodating and we would recommend him to all our friends!

Jimmy Maa and his crew installed the Milgard Tuscany series windows in my condo in El Monte, Ca. on April 10 and 11. Being a fussy old man, I have to say that I am very impressed with the excellent job they did. I have never seen a crew of workers in the construction business, that did a neater or cleaner job. They do fantastic work and leave absolutely no mess to be cleaned up by the owner of the project. I would highly recommend them and their wonderful product. I found them to have the best price on this
product and believe me, I am a shopper. As you can see, I am a very happy customer.

I have a BIG project that Jimmy Maa helped me complete. Essentially, Jimmy will you the best customer service possible, best prices, quality workmanship, and the warranty to back it up. Mr. Jimmy Ma of Irwindale Windows came out and did the measurements for my replacement french door and offered his professional advice on how to optimize cost, functionality and style. We discussed my budget, needs and wants for the replacement and he gave me the best price out of three sources solicited, by a surprisingly large discount! I was very happy to have the quoted price for the french door (Superior) but curious how the install would turn out since we have not used Irwindale Windows previously. Mr. Ma assured me that I will be totally satisfied with the install as well.
Long story short, the crew came on time, stayed over until late at night and even came back the next convenient day for me to finish it off. All in all, they did an impeccable job, professionally done and I was left totally satisfied. Mr. Ma has earned my business for the long run with his honest pricing, professionalism, friendly and patient approach to meet all my needs and wants. Highly recommended!

After I bought my house it was apparent I needed new windows, cold air was coming through a bedroom window that wouldn’t close right. I got an estimate from 2 different places and for less money I got Milgard Tuscany windows (they have the locking feature which I like) from Irwindale Windows. Jimmy came out, brought samples, was flexible in regards to the appointment time, answered e-​mails promptly, and on the day of install the guys did a great job replacing all of my windows. I’ve had my windows for 2 years and have not had any problems at all… I used Irwindale Windows to install some interior doors for me just recently and those came out great too, would definitely use again!!!
