When you drop something off for a week to be repaired and PRE-​pay in full and wait ten minutes, your items should be ready at the time you were told they would be ready. Just left empty handed so I cannot comment on the final product. So far though not at all impressed.

what a clean and tidy shop. they have all the products including rare ones in stock and ready to go. i’m most impressed with the selection of leather hide shoe laces. greg is very professional and very helpful. he has earned all my repair and shine business.

Wonderful. The customer service is top notch. I had a high-​end pair of shoes that my dog got a hold of and Greg explained the process and exactly what he would be able to do and even got the shoes repaired before the original date given.
I came from Illinois to go to Cobblestone due to the positive reviews and would come back again for any repairs.
Hours are also convenient-​another big plus!

I initially came here because of the great reviews on Unilocal.They are not wrong.
The shop is located in a strip mall in Manchester Meadows. You can tell that the shop used to have other neighbors in the strip mall, but this shoe repair/​dry cleaning shop is one of the few shops that remain there.
So far I’ve had 2 separate pairs of high-​end shoes repaired here, with remarkable craftsmanship, great customer service, and quick turn-​around time (less than a week). The owner, Greg, is very friendly. I was told I had to pay up-​front, and that initially bothered me… but after seeing what good work he does, I no longer mind.
I will definitely be coming back. This is the kind of local business I’m proud to support.

I did my research to find a shoe repair shop that could repair Christian Louboutin soles and thankfully, there was a place in St. Louis that was well-​reviewed! After my 1st pair was repaired beautifully (the new sole matches!), I’ve since brought in several of my higher-​end shoes for repair and have been happy with all of them. If you’re going to spend a lot of money on a pair of shoes, make sure you get your money’s worth from your «investment» and take care of them!

I will need an expert cobbler/​craftsman for my shoes for the rest of my life. I am so grateful to Greg Dubois for his excellent work in making adjustments to my shoes. The match to the mate is «right on». So far he has adjusted heights on 10 shoes! I won’t go to anyone else. He’s quick in getting thing back, less than 2 weeks, and he is a super nice guy!

First of all I’ve been doing business at this location (next to Home Depot) since 2005. The owner’s name is Greg and even though I no longer live in the area, I drive 20 minutes to do business with him. I think the review for ‘Jeff’ must be for another business or location. Greg does the best work around and is honest and trustworthy. I buy quality shoes and take care of them — Cobblestone in Ballwin helps me do that.
