As the owner of Enterprise Accounting, Bob specializes in accounting, investment and tax matters of family owned and closely held businesses, their owners, and other high net worth individuals. He has considerable experience dealing with mergers, acquisitions, and sales of privately held businesses in various industries. He has served clients in the construction, real estate development, distributors, professional services, retail, and manufacturing areas. In working closely with clients, he integrates a careful balance between the accounting, investment, tax, business succession and estate planning issues to reach optimal solutions. He has experience in Section 1031 exchanges, divorce litigation, creation of trusts, estate return preparation, and business strategy development. He enjoys dealing with the challenges faced by entrepreneurial clients in business organization and financing.
