I just needed Firestone to center my new rack & pinion & align my tires. They broke the pressure line in the process & let me drive off with no power steering fluid (in a brand new power steering pump), which blew the new pump out. He admitted to knowing that there was a problem, but just didnt consider it «his» problem. They refused to fix any of it without charging me a ton of money for both parts & labor. They blatantly lied to me about what services were needed & tried to blackmail me into paying for other unnecessary services before they would pass my car for the state inspection. They were atrociously rude & extremely argumentative. They refused to take responsibility for what happened to my car while it was in their care & it has cost me hundreds of dollars to repair the damage they caused, not to mention the time & hassle they put me through over several days. Don’t go here if you value quality work & customer service!!!

I went here because I had a coupon for a $ 18.99 oil and filter change with a free tire rotation (which I needed). I didn’t realize that you usually needed an appointment to go here but they did accept me as a walk-​in at the end of the day which I greatly appreciated. There was only one guy working behind the counter (I believe he was a manager) and he seemed very busy but he was very helpful. (He told me that appearantly the person who was suppose to help him had left with out telling him and he was sorry that he was busy (the phone was ringing off the hook)). He told me that if it came to closing time and they werent done with my car yet that I would have to wait outside which I was fine with since I was coming in towards close. They were very quick though and had me out of there within 30 minutes. Great service I will be sure to tell my friends and go back myself
