Picked up some cream cheese wontons during my layover and was happy with them. They didn’t have any vegetarian or fish options though, which was pretty disappointing. It’s airport Chinese food. Don’t expect much!

Ate here yesterday, flying home from Tampa to Western Mass. The worst fried rice I have ever been served! (and I’ve been eating at Chinese restaurants for 50 years, so that’s some kind of accomplishment) I think they ran it through the Flavor Neutralizer™ — soggy, and completely, amazingly, flavorless.
The General Tso chicken was so sugary it was like dessert.
Those two dishes made the Vegetables with Beef seem brilliant in comparison because it actually tasted like normal cheap Chinese food, the beef slices were thin and tender and the veggies had at least some crispness.

My second meal was not as good… I ordered their Bento Box No1. The beef with mixed vegetables was bland (I tried their Bourbon Chicken and it was bland too). The sushi was average… that combo comes with California roll… the vegetable spring rolls were crispy but very oily…
It seems like the best bet is to order… freshly cooked from the kitchen… that is the way to go…

The only emotion I experienced while eating Charlie Chiang’s Combo Bowl was disgust. The vegetables were undercooked and flavorless. The mystery meat is sprinkled sparingly and bowl is 70% white rice. There is absolutely no value to this restaurant and should be avoided at all costs.
The good part is that I didn’t feel hungry after I finished the bowl because the thought of eating anything made me feel sick.
