The locally famous Chicken Bones out by JHU. Lake trout is the butterflied and deep fried trash white fish– um, yum. Don’t come here for the fried chicken– it’s pre-made and in a heatlamp box. My wing was okay. Moist considering how long it was out. Flavor just so-so– not much character to it. Will come back to try the famous salmon burger and bulgogi wrap.
