This store was clean, well organized, and fairly priced. The staff working while I was there were friendly and cheerful.
There was a mix of brand names and not as well as good and bad conditions. I was looking for a plate or bowl set but they didn’t have very many options. They did however have tons of silver and glassware in fantastic condition at average thrift prices.
I’m really giving four stars though because of the organization. I picked up a talbots skirt for $ 5, even though I wasn’t looking for clothes it caught my eye. So basically a hit or miss but you won’t spend all day trying to find something.

One of my treasured stores for cheap finds, designer goods at thrift store prices. Always a great places for scoring name brand items mixed in with a little home décor you can’t go wrong. Great place for men as well! Tons of suits, ties and high quality shoes.

I was referred here on my question for good thrifting in the Baltimore area and I was pleased with the results. Firstly I was happy I came on a random Friday when they had 30% off of coats as I scored a vintage camel hair with the original makers mark for $ 20. The store is a little bit of a mish mash and I was hoping for a few higher end items though what they had was nice. Prices were hit and miss, my coat was great but a Target dress was marked for $ 24 when it couldn’t have cost more than $ 29 when new.
The purse collection was disappointing but I think maybe I hit them on an off day. I will definitely be back.

This thrift store is one of the neatest and cleanest I’ve visited in a while. It’s well organized and while it isn’t huge, I appreciate that they have men’s, women’s, and kids’ clothes, AND household supplies. There wasn’t a huge selection of plates/​dishes, and no silverware, but some neat artwork for hanging. I scored some major deals today — two pairs of shorts had the original store tags on them (for $ 40 and $ 45!) and the thrift store tags said $ 10 each, but the lady behind the counter cut me a deal because I couldn’t really afford to buy both… $ 2 each!!! I also got a great pair of jeans for $ 8 and a seed-​starting kit for $ 5. There’s a student discount, and I think also for military and seniors. I’ll definitely be going back!

One of my favorite Thrift Stores in Baltimore. I am always on the hunt for quality additions to my wardrobe and the Wise Penny rarely disappoints.

this thrift shop is one of the best in Baltimore. they have clothing for men, women and children. there are often sales and there is a senior citizen discount. The sales people are friendly and proceeds go to help women and children. there is free parking at the garage across the street.

I’ve been on the search for some cute winter coat and when I stepped in, I was greeted by a gorgeous, long, fur collar camel coat. Sadly it was priced at $ 150 but looking around the store they had a great selection of winter coats priced around $ 20 – 40 with a faux fur snow leopard coat for $ 40. I grabbed a fur stole that was in need of a little care but for real fur, I definitely got a great deal. Also Tuesdays are Draw-​A-​Discount Day and I got 20% off! They also had a range of suits (range $ 25 – 75 with St John on the higher end) and blazers for $ 10 and up and the day I went, had suits and blazers for 40% off.
They also had a table to men’s shirts brand new with tags still on them, for ladies doing early Christmas shopping.
The store is very well maintained and the associates were super sweet, putting jackets I wanted to try in the dressing room. They had a mix of high items with some Jimmy Choo and Burberry flats on display. I definitely got some great deals and when I was rung up, saw the cutest leopard Ferragamo flats in the display window. Unfortunately they are a size 6, so whoever is lucky enought to have small feet can get a great deal!
I will definitely come back and see what other great deals I can find!
