Hours: Currently by appointment only, my availability can be flexible to suit your needs — I offer coaching sessions in the evenings and weekends. Nearly all coaching is conducted over the phone but local clients have the option to visit my office in downtown Baltimore.

Scott Howard Coaching is a professional life coaching, executive coaching, and small business coaching business that leverages strengths based coaching techniques and other co-​active strategies to help you make positive changes in your life, career or small business.

Coaching can be used to address career, family, relationship or just about any life issue. Coaching can help you identify a way forward when you know something must change but you are not sure where to start.

For more than two decades, I coached and supervised hundreds of military and civilian people to become better leaders, better people and overcome adversity. My coaching certification is approved by the International Coach Federation (ICF) — the most prestigious and rigorous coach certification authority in the world.

My name is Scott Howard, I live in Baltimore, Maryland and have a professional coaching practice. For over twenty years, I have successfully led individuals and groups in reaching objectives using a unique leadership style that balances intuition, creativity and compassion.

My formal education includes graduate level degrees in law and management & human development. My coaching education has been extensive (more than 3 years now) and is through MentorCoach LLC, of Bethesda, Maryland, where I also serve as a teaching assistant in their Executive Coaching Master Class.
