This is a gay bar. Just have to put that out there because it is not readily obvious and some people are not to people With different lifestyles. The staff here is wonderful and friendly and attentive. They have karaōke MC’d by a drag queen on Saturday nights. The drinks are affordable and you can buy beer to go on Sundays when liquor stores are closed. One negative is that some of the unsavory neighborhood regulars hang out outside the bar smoking their cigarettes, and I live a fee doors down. It is also really dark in there.

Went here with a friend right after moving to Baltimore. They have karaōke on Saturday night and my friend really likes to sing! I was a little nervous when we first walked in, because it was pretty quiet at around 10. Things did start to pick up over the next few hours and it ended up being a pretty diverse crowd. Most of the singers were your typical drunken shouters, but my friend has a super voice and she totally stole the show(which resulted in quite a few free drinks). Not the best place ever if you are a serious karaōke singer(who knew such a thing existed!) and it was AWFUL trying to find a parking spot. Overall though, drinks were pretty good, people were friendly and it was fun to watch.
