My driver was calling me moments after we landed and before we deplaned. The car was clean and comfortable. She was prompt and courteous, and on top of that, an excellent driver. I have little patience for bad drivers, so her skills gave me great relief. When I come back to Baltimore again, I will definitely call Zulk!!!

I came into the BWI Amtrak station at 9:30pm. Got a text from the driver 10 minutes before arrival that he was curbside. Great communication, clean SUV, waters for all passengers. Great rate and you can reserve/​pay online or call. I will definitely use for future travel.

Excellent! Honestly, could not have been better. I had last minute travel changes, and called Zulk during my quick layover — I found them from a Unilocal search. Thankfully they were available to pick-​up me and my husband when we landed in two hours. We were coming home for a funeral, and Michael, the dispatcher, could not have been more understanding and accommodating. He assured us they’d track our flight and the driver would already be there waiting. Well, they did not disappoint. Right as we landed and I turned on my phone, I received a call to confirm that we landed and that they were waiting — wow. The car was an extremely nice and clean town car with a divider if wanted and waters. The driver was kind and safe, and knew exactly how to get to our destination. The price was all inclusive which I like so there’re no surprises at the end of the trip; I paid by cc over the phone and received the payment receipt quickly before our plane took off.
I cannot believe I didn’t know about Zulk earlier. Definitely using again.

Great customer service! Excellent value. They were very courteous both on the phone and in person. They called a half hour before pick-​up, just as they said they would. They showed up early, but said that I didn’t need to rush. The car was absolutely pristine and comfortable. The driver was very professional, and helpful.
Absolutely no complaints, an easy five-​star rating.

Update to my previous review… Pick up service was impeccable! On time and a stretch at no extra charge to me. The car had heated massage seats… I had never seen that before. I got in just at rush hour, so what should have taken 30 mins took over an hour. Guess what… Same straight fair! No additional charge for the extra time. Exceptional service… THANKS Zulk!

Thank you Zulk for adding «the cherry on top» of my lovely visit to the East Coast. I topped off two weeks of travel visiting my sister in Ellicott City. My young daughter and I needed to leave before dawn for the airport to head back across the country. I didn’t want to have to worry about a car coming or trying to get a taxi or über on the day of. I found Zulk’s web site, submitted my reservation, and was THRILLED to receive a personal note right away from Mike who acknowledged my reservation and let me know they would be there. When I realized I had sent the wrong address, I panicked and emailed them right away, but Mike reassured me that he had it all updated and his driver would be in the right place at the right time.
And was he? No! He was EARLY! :-) No pressure, no meter running — just the calming vision of looking out the window and seeing the black sedan waiting for me. Even better — before I spotted the car, I received a call from Zulk letting me know that my driver was on his way, he’d be early, and I didn’t have to feel pressure to go out before my scheduled time. Our driver was friendly, courteous, professional, and helped my daughter get settled in her car seat. The car was clean, comfortable, and a smooth safe ride to the airport.
Thank you ZULK — I highly recommend this service for locals or anyone traveling to the BWI vicinity (and I imagine they service Dulles and National well too!).

There are few business where I can say that I have had a close personal bond or friendship with and Zulk is one of them. My boyfriend and I have used Zulk for three years. We were in a long distance relationship for some time and he would always try to fly in on the weekends. We used Zulk to get him back and forth from the airport and we actually saved quite a bit of money since normal cabs cost about 1⁄3 more than what we paid. The service is amazing and Kamran has been our driver nearly every time. He is very professional and wonderful to talk to. We have had absolutely no problems with them being late or any misunderstandings about pickups. Their cars are beautiful and clean. After three years, my boyfriend is now living here in Baltimore, but we will always be a loyal customer and I recommend them to anyone who needs a driving service.
