This Unilocal is long overdue for work done in our home by Custom Group. They were recommended to us by our realtor, Ray Watson, to do extreme cleaning for a house that we purchased in February, 2014. The home was previously owned by smokers and the walls were textured and had extreme nicotine damage. They cleaned all the hard surfaces in the home and painted everything with Kilz removing the odor. They also came back to thoroughly clean all the air ducts. Jason was fantastic along with his entire crew. I would recommend Custom Group. Very professional & thorough!

Custom Group… they are the BEST! Today I feel like I have brand new carpet throuhout my home. All of my stains have been removed. Mark and his associate did an excellent job at getting me ready for the holidays! I have dealth with Custom Group for 14 years both in business and my home and have never been disappointed. I would not chose another carpet cleaning service.

I am not really a 5 star rater but I used these guys for an emergency with my basement and they were incredible. Johnny on the spot and they follow up with you amazing. My basement flooded and they saved my situation big time. They also pointed out stuff that needed fixing when they were there and so I had them do it. I can see by there other reviews that everyone seems to like their work. I would highly recommend this company and I usually don’t do that.

I highly recommend Custom Group! They came by to give us a quote on cleaning our carpets. That was quick and easy. (Loved the price, as well!) They cleaned our living room, dining room and family room carpets and were in and out within an hour. They were very professional and clean. The carpets looked great and there was no cleaner smell afterwards. We were very happy and will use them again!

Just Five months earlier in May of 2014 I had my carpet cleaned in my entire home. The cleaning processes lasted for about 1.5 hour. Trust me, the newly cleaned carpets lasted less the than that. What a disappointment! Round two went to Custom Group, Inc. located right here in Bartlett. Apart from being prompt to the appointment, courteous and PROFESSIONAL, their work is amazing. These guys came in and made my carpet look absolutely brand new. It took them 4 hours, but they even moved my furniture. I don’t write reviews often, but this Custom Group, Inc. is so DESERVING. I called the Custom Group at 7:15am the morning after my sump pump failed and flooded a small portion of my basement, which is carpeted. They told me they would be at my house at 10:00am, and they showed up exactly at 10:00am. They evaluated the situation in about 15 minutes and gave me a price quote. I accepted and they got started. In only about an hour they removed all of the damaged carpet padding and wall trim, cleaned and disinfected the impacted area of the flooring, and set up two large dehumidifiers and a fan to dry out the impacted area. They recommended that I leave the humidifiers and fan in place for three days to allow the area to thoroughly dry. They came back exactly on time as scheduled at 9:00am three days later to clean the affected carpet and replace the portions that could not be cleaned. They were professional and courteous throughout the process and left my basement cleaner than it had been before it flooded. Highly recommended.

Great review! I have been dealing with Custom Group for over 15 years.
Initially I used them for carpet and furniture cleaning and repairs in my home and at my business.
Since then I have had them install carpet in my last three homes.
I have also had Custom Group refinish my hardwood floors, re groat tiles, help resolve a mold issue, and renovate my deck.
Their attention to detail, cleanliness, and overall value is what has brought me to call them whenever I have a situation I cannot handle.
Twice I have had to call the company to help with «carpet emergencies»…(i.e. cool aid or wine spills on my new carpet) only to have them walk me through it over the phone and come out the very next day just to check out my work. BIG Thanks!
