The food was horrible. I ordered roasted chicken with rice and beans. The chicken was beyond dry, hard and flavorless I had to add salt to make it somewhat edible. The beans felt like they were just thrown from the can and cooked quickly as they were still hard. The rice was okay. I also ordered tacos. They were even worse. The tacos al pastor were dry and had huge chunks of pineapple which made the meat to pineapple ratio very uneven. My dads tacos de lengua were also bad. I don’t recommend this place at all. Most of the Mexican food in this area sucks I recommend taking a quick trip up to sunset. This was a delivery. They are only 5⁄6 blocks from me and they took 40 minutes.

Came here during the weekend, the place was emptied. Ordered for takeout, waited a good solid 20 minutes for the food. We ordered the pork burrito with rice and beans, and a Cuban torta sandwich. I wikipedia a Cuban sandwich, and it never mentioned hotdog meat in it, nor did it ever mentioned hot chili pepper. I felt so disappointed, it wasn’t what I was expecting or wanted. The burrito was okay, had better ones in Sunset Park. Two items cost just about $ 15 bucks. ~Sigh

Ordered 3 tacos, one was the beef steak with was good nice crisp to it without the taste of burnt edges. This wasn’t my original protein choice, I actually wanted the pork but there wasn’t any. I also ordered the cactus and chicken taco which was a little bit on the bland side. We also ordered the enchilada with red sauce, it was also on the bland side. The only thing I would go back for is maybe to try the pork tacos.

Any spot with arroz con leche is a go to on my book. Small spot with a nice interior outside, the tacos here are more authentic than the ones in Sunset with a better price. $ 3 for a large and $ 1.5 for a small for all selections. The menu serves breakfast lunch and dinner all day. There are 5 tables inside with inside space to for groups. The staff waitress here are like family to my bf since he grew in the neightborhood.

Small sized authentic Mexican restaurant which just opened a few months ago. Stopped by here and was not disappointed! Great service, very clean and great tasting food. Must give it a try!
