The service and quality of their customer service is excellent. The manager and staff are always knowledgeable of their stuff especially the personnel that work out in the shop. I’ve been coming here for over a year and they always take care of me. I know it’s a bit harder for females to not get taken advantage of because they think we don’t know anything but they don’t do that here. They have respect and are always trying to help especially in savings. Their prices meet their quality of service and materials. I would definitely recommend this location if you live or in the Baytown area.

Arrived to this location at 8:15am for an oil change, waited in the lobby for 30 minutes before they pulled my vehicle inside despite them only having 1 other vehicle in the garage throughout the duration. It took them 1 hour to change my oil. Then upon completion of the oil change I started the truck up in the parking lot and oil poured from below the engine. Turns out they improperly seated the oil filter, I don’t know how they did that but they did. Another 20 minutes later my truck was«completed». They forgot to pick up the oil tub and improperly installed filter from under my truck in the parking lot for me to either pull out for them or run over. In summary: 1hr 50min oil change, 2 oil filters, oil spill in parking lot, and abandoned oil tub. The staff were friendly, however I will not be returning to this location.

Great service. Had car towed in and they provided updates daily. Not pushy. Will definitely be back for future service.

I give it a good review because of the service. I know nothing about cars, I came in with my prius and Zumba outfit and they broke down the car talk into something I understand. They told me what is recommended at certain milage AND they checked those parts first before just replacing.

The first time I came, my poor Jersey wheels needed a rotation — they recommended an alignment which I will be doing in the future. Today, I needed a major repair: wait for it… getting my cruise control fixed and my A/C looked at. Just like in the East Coast where my dealer did an AC Diagnostic, Firestone alas did not find anything wrong with it until they got inside(I’ll explain later); to me, the vehicle most likely was not built to withstand Texan weather. My vehicle somehow stops blowing cold air after driving long distances. Whatever, if I need a new vehicle in the future I’ll research the ones that can take the heat haha. The problem with the AC, which somehow the car dealer did NOT find initially, was that the temperature expander was not working. I need that part — it’s expensive. So I will need to book another appointment in 2 weeks. The cruise control stopped working a few days before I flew from Texas to go somewhere. I think the Texan heat must have fried something. As for the cruise control, it cost me about $ 200 with labor costs. The wait time for everything was about 6 hours(I was there from 10am to 4pm). This one took the longest to do because the electrical engineer needed to remove the dashboard and follow the wires. Lucky for me, I brought and read lots of books so I was entertained. The waiting area was clean and air conditioned: I was observing the staff and I saw the manager pickup magazines and placed them back on the rack to do a little house cleaning — they do have a coffee machine with condiments. They are well-kept meaning they are good with details(and so am I). I prefer much more bold coffees than the one they had but I couldn’t complain — all I wanted was about 50mg of caffeine(roughly half a cup). What I have learned, and AMSTILL learning, is that driving long distances(in BIGTEXAS) requires cruise control. I am landlocked before I drive to San Antonio, Dallas, Houston. Ergo, I need that cruise control fixed ASAP! Summary: Total cost for AC diagnostic: ($ 20 — the manager Mike, put the discount in even BEFORE I asked about it + an expander that needs delivery from Houston $ 394). Cruise Control: requires a new $ 106 brake light fuse since it’s connected to cruise control settings. Total: about $ 650 with labor, parts, taxes. So expensive but my car needs it. Expensive. I know. But there is no public transit here in TX; you either use your car or walk. *sigh — there goes my budget for July.

My rear-view mirror came off and they were really helpful. One guy even came out to my car to take a look to see what I was telling him about.
