The Rustic Log Cabin was built in 1952 by the Bakers and after being closed for nearly 10 years Shannon and Shonna Johnson remodeled and reopened the restaurant naming it Shonna’s Rustic Log Cabin Restaurant in the summer of 2013

Shonna went to Pennsylvania Institute of culinary arrts in Pittsburgh Pa were she graduated in 1998. She has worked from Hilton Head Island to Denver Colorado where she finally came home to her roots and opened her own restaurant
