Established in 2012.

We are a family owned business serving the inland empire and surrounding cities. Our coverage area has expanded from as far east as Palm springs and Dessert Hot Springs, as far north as Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, and San bernardino, as far west as Ontario and Corona, as far south as Lake Elsinore and Temecula and everything in between encompassing the Inland Empire. We take pride in offering the latest innovative technology when it comes to plumbing service and repair. 2015 was a great year for us. We found that 90% of our business was word of mouth from our efforts in 2014. This allowed us to ramp up our fleet from 3 service truck to 5. This has given us the added power and flexibility to offer fast and effective service while keeping our rates competitive. We look forward to building our client base with more friends as the years continue.

I am truly blessed to be able to say I love my Job. I am 31 years old and have been plumbing since I was 16. Started as a trainee for one of the big rooter companies and eventually became a field supervisor by the age of 23 in charge of project diagnostics, sales, and crew management. What I enjoy the most about what I do is meeting new people every day and the opportunity to troubleshoot and fix problems. Providing different options and solutions tailored to every single client is what I do best. I truly enjoy being the hero, be it a small drippy faucet or a broken sewer line, no job is to small for us to help you with.

Such great service! I had a messed up pipe on top of my water heater and they were out that same morning. They also referred me to another company to help with the water damage to my home. After I made my claim to my insurance, Easy Rooter will be paying me another visit to do some more work requested by my adjuster. With all the people working on my house this week, it always makes it pleasant when people are nice and helpful. Hopefully i never have to use them again, but if I do, I’d definitely be calling them!

Excellent service! Called the number and got Johnathan the owner, very polite and informative. Had someone out within an hour. Juan showed up assessed my situation gave me the pros and cons and quite a few options to take care of my situation. George showed up to assist Juan. Both techs are very knowledgable, friendly and funny. I will continue to use these guys in the future and recommend them to anyone!

I called these guys panicked and with no working toilets! The house stunk from sewage coming up our drains and I didn’t know what to do! Fortunately they answered their phone and Johnathan quickly put my mind at ease! A gentlemen made a trip out to my house and took plenty of time to really inspect the problem. They ended up coming back the same day to fix our mess so he could bring someone to assist. They had the problem fixed within an hour and I could not have been happier! They took wonderful care of me!!! AND they were very affordable! Thank you!!!

Easy Rooter is the perfect example of superior service. The technician Juan fixed my issue efficiently and at a price that I could afford. Juan and Jonathan took their time to explain the issue to me and gave me recommendations on how to prevent other issues in my home as well. They were honest and helpful.

I was unhappy about the estimate. If I would have followed through with Gabriel’s price quote, I would have paid $ 245 more for unnecessary work. You should at least get three bids from companies to be sure work will be necessary. In my case with Easy Rooter, I’m glad I checked with other companies. It saved me on the cost of unnecessary work.

We had them out for water coming from our 2nd floor ceiling. They assessed the situation and didn’t try to upsell us on unnecessary items. Since they were there already we had them check out why our water pressure sucks. They communicated everything well with what is causing the problem and solutions to correct. We had our pressure regulator replaced and upstairs bathroom water issues corrected which were causing the water issue to the downstairs ceiling. We would use them again. Both techs Jonathan who wrote our invoice and Juan who did the work were pleasant and efficient and got the job done. We can run the dishwasher now and still take a shower without having no water pressure. Bonus the light fixture was ruined by the water from upstairs which I hated anyway so it was an excuse to buy a new one which is so beautiful

Unfortunately I did not have the same pleasant experience as everyone who has written a review. I have used Easy Rooter on 2 different occasions through my home warranty company. Both times I had to call and ask them to come back out to redo the work. Maybe its because I was using a home warranty company. I found the owner Johnathan to be condescending and rude. I had to put in another service call today because the water heater they just installed in February is now leaking through the pressure relief valve. I was contacted by easy rooter and scheduled for an appt tomorrow between 11am and 1pm. I was just contacted by Johnathan who said they were severing all ties with AHS and that he had contacted AHS already to have someone else come out. When I contacted AHS they told me that Easy Rooter had declined the job because of a previous issue with the customer. I’m NOT a plumber but I know when something isn’t done right and I will expect a business to own it and make it right. Not only do they not stand behind their work but now he has been dishonest with me. If he didn’t want to take the job he should have just said exactly that. BE HONEST and STAND BY YOUR WORK.

I called this morning because we were having an awful sewer smell in our guest bathroom and bedroom. This bathroom is rarely used so it caused the sewer to product an awful oder upstairs. Juan quickly accessed the problem and treated the drains with a solution that we will use as a follow up treatment monthly. It was extremely reasonable in cost which was a pleasant surprise. I thought I would have to wait until Monday because it was already Friday at 9:30, but they sent someone out within 2 hours. Very impressed!!!

New to town, but went with Easy Rooter based on excellent Unilocal reviews and feedback without hesitation – and was very pleased with the results; we had an emergency main line blockage since every drain in the house backed up at the same time, and I knew immediately my bottle of Draino would be useless (and wasted), and my plunger would be an exercise in futility; phone went to voicemail and I thought «uh oh», but Crystal called me back within 15 minutes, said Guillermo would be here within the hour; he showed up in 30 minutes; he checked the clean out, confirmed my diagnosis, wrote a bid, snaked it clear, and was everything expected – professional, clean, polite, courteous, helpful, no smell, no crack, no bull! Thanks Guillermo!

We were having a main line problem, and as is typical, having some communication problems with the Old Republic Warranty service desk. After we got Hydro-​Jet approval from them, they sent out Easy Rooter. Unfortunately, the warranty people didn’t communicate well with Easy Rooter, and when Juan from Easy Rooter arrived, he didn’t have the Hydro-​Jet equipment with him. Juan assessed the situation, called the boss, and drove all the way back to the office to get the equipment and return to our home. (60 miles round trip) Did I mention that this was at about 5 in the evening? Juan is the consummate professional, and did a fantastic job. This company is the most professional, honest, knowledgeable, and competent plumbing outfit in the inland Empire. Read the other reviews that rave about these guys. Then call them and get the job done right.

Fast, Excellent Customer Service and Quality. It was Saturday Morning when we realized our sewer was backed up. I called Easy Rooter Plumbing and Jonathan was quick to respond within an hour. Cleared the blockage, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We did opt for an optional service only because our house is 60 years old but they worked with us on pricing and educated us on many different aspects of what we could possibly or may never deal with in our home. There were no sales aspects or scare tactics just straight honestly and showed us a great shot of our pipes by video camera. Yes you pay for that but um I would rather see it now then $$$$ later. Johnathan was professional but personable and is now our local plumber. I will refer him and his business and continue to use this business in the future! Thank you again, because let me tell you when you need a service like this they were there! They also answered their phone right away!

After a rather tough night for my family we had a back up in a bathroom. We called these guys and they were quick to respond. Guillermo showed up, dressed very professionally. He diagnosed our problem, took the time to explain the cause and quickly completed the repair. The price was fair and the whole thing took less than an hour! Small company trying to swim in a rather large ocean. If you need an honest and professional plumber give these guys a call… we couldn’t be happier!

Recently used this company for work on my sewer line. The first time Jonathan came out to clear my blocked line he explained everything to us, and showed us on the camera what the problem was. He was very friendly and thorough. We finally had to bite the bullet and permanently repair the damaged line, Which Jonathan recommend from the the get go. He repaired the line for very reasonable price. Trust me on that, he wasn’t the only plumber I called.
I would definitely recommend them and will be using them for any future plumbing issues.

Johnathan came out and did a FREE estimate on a leak a rental house was having. He was timely, looked good, polite and friendly. This was the ONLY company that can out for free. Jonathan took his time to figure out the problem and referred me to another company to get the repairs done. He left without charge me anything and told me what to do to get it fixed. Have you ever required the services of a contractor, and realize the second they walk through your front door you’re helpless, they know it, and you’re going to get ripped off?
I’m pleased to say this will not happen when you deal with Easy Rooter. From the time Juan walk in the front door I felt I was being treated with honesty and respect.
He gave me his professional opinion prior to tearing anything apart, diagnosed the problem, walked me through exactly what had to be done, and provided me with a very competitive quote.
At the end of his work, everything was cleaned up prior to receiving the invoice for exactly as he quoted. I was also pleased to receive a 1 year warranty in writing for the work that was done — when the normal warranty for plumbing work is usually only 90 days.
I only wish Unilocal had 6 stars, these guys are the best! I’ll never feel helpless when I have a plumbing problem in the future. Easy Rooter will always get my business.
