My parents’ house had a bathtub with a slow drain, and over the Thanksgiving holiday and went from slow to not-​going-​anywhere. I called Rooter Hero plumbing and was surprised that they were able to get someone out that very day. The technician who helped us, Lucas, couldn’t have been nicer or more competent. He had the drain fixed within 30 minutes, and he was very pleasant throughout. The two women I spoke with over the phone were also lovely and quite helpful — and gave us a good coupon code that made the experience very affordable, too!
No one wants to have plumbing problems, but it makes the whole situation so much easier to deal with when you have a good, affordable plumber. I highly recommend the folks at Rooter Hero.

I recently had a Moen Posi-​Temp cartridge in my shower go bad, and was totally stuck on full flow. I called Rooter Hero late on Monday night and spoke to a real person (!). She took down my information and said a dispatcher would be calling shortly. Within 30 minutes I did receive a call to schedule the repair. Due to the lateness of the hour, and no pressing need to use the water over night, I turned off the water at the main valve, and we scheduled the visit for the next morning. Rosendo arrived promptly, extracted the cartridge (literally bit by bit) and replaced it with a genuine Moen cartridge. Total time less than an hour. The only reason this review is not 5 stars is that two other people from the company showed up and tried to sell me a very expensive water conditioning system. Rosendo gets 5 stars.

Richard Godinez and Byron were very professional in helping fix my burst sewer line under
my house. They explained the process and showed me the damage as I was able to see it when the looked at with their camera. The work was completed in a timely matter and at the end of every work day everything was cleaned up. Byron was very helpful in helping me with my insurance company which I appreciated very much. I would highly recommend them

My experience with them was excellent. They arrived on time and were very down to earth and friendly. the price was truly very low for the job of removing a main pipe clog with a snake. I got quoted for hydrojetting and complete pipe replacement. The pricing and financing choices were also excellent and presented honestly without pressure. There was a small misunderstanding on the phone about updating me on when they would come via my cell but it just resulted in their being early so it didnt affect me. All in all i feel this is a solid company that is very professional.

My warehouse toilet was clogged several times, we called local plumber several times to clear the congestion, every time they just simply snake the pipe and clears it then done. It seems to work for few month, then it starts to clog again. After multiple times, and over $ 1000 spend in snaking the pipe. We’ve called i the big guns, wanting this to get fixed once and for all. Rooter Hero. Not just any, this one has the better rating. Byron and Andy came and got the job done.
We had to spend over $ 2300 to get our plumbing resolved, bunch of clogs inside pipe, and repair of a broken section of pipe, Removed derbies in the pipe that was causing the clog. Then ran the Hydro system to push the rest of clog out. Even though it cost quiet a bit, but it is worth it to get the system fixed once and for all. These guy works in the heat of CA past week to get this done with in a day. Now our toilet flows with ease. GOOD JOB GUYS!

DON’T CALL THESE CLOWNS! Very unprofessional. Absolutely cannot be counted on!
Called at 8:00PM (already dark outside) on Friday night. Told dispatcher that access to main line was through roof vent on 1 story home. Was told he would be there between 9:30 and 11:30PM. Perfect. I was happy.
At 10:30PM the technician called to say he was finishing up a job and would be right over. Great! At 11:00PM the technician called and said he wasn’t coming tonight because he had to go up on the roof at night, but he could get there tomorrow. So when I called at 8:30PM it wasn’t nighttime? When he called at 10:30PM it wasn’t nighttime?
I called the dispatcher for confirmation that we in fact told them access was through the roof vent. She confirmed that was correct.
Nice job guys. Way to leave people hanging. The dispatcher did offer me the opportunity to lodge a complaint. Yeah, I sure that will lead to something particularly after the professionalism I just witnessed.

These guys are crooks. They take advantage of people that feel like they have no choice. They don’t know what it’s going to cost until they are done. They charged my father $ 660 for less than 2 hours work and only replaced the parts they broke which were under $ 10. RIP OFF.

Company called and explained the misunderstanding and made sure to keep my business by resolving my issue. I will definitely give them another try because the work was excellent!

Great service came out on a saturday because we had a clogged toilet. Rosendo was the bes, t gave us a coupon deal and fixed our toilet within minutes. Also gave us great tips to prevent it from happening again!!! Reasonable rates and great service!!! Can’t beat that!

A Rooter Hero Plumbing tech (Glendora, CA branch) arrived at my home after our bathtub backed up. I explained to the tech that I had recently replaced the entire main line and that no other drains in the house had issues. He told me that he would need to return the next day with a more experienced plumber to provide an accurate quote.
Later that afternoon, his «supervisor» called and stated that my pipes were broken and needed to be replaced. To replace the broken pipes, he explained that he would need to cut through the wall, break the foundation, remove the old pipe (s), replace it (them) with an improved pipe material, seal the broken foundation, and close up the wall. He quoted me $ 3800.00, but made it abundantly clear that there could be additional costs if more pipes and/​or materials required replacement.
The aforementioned quote was provided without the «supervisor» stepping foot into my home or ANYONE using a camera to view the inside of the pipes. How was the «sup» certain that the pipes were «for sure broken»?- the initial tech felt the ground and discovered dirt/​mud on his hand…
I requested a quote via email; he stated that he would make certain that one was sent that evening. I never heard from them again. I sent multiple emails requesting the quote, but there was no response.
I contacted another local plumber to come out and provide a quote. He stuck a camera down the pipes, found a grease plug, snaked it from an outside drain, and was done in approximately 55 minutes.
Total cost= $ 105.00
The second plumber further explained that the pipes were in tact, with no visible breaks or leaks. I don’t know if the Rooter Hero guys are scam artists, incompetent, or a rare hybrid of the two; either way, I will NEVER call them again.
AND they charged me $ 78.00 for absolutely nothing. Total disclosure; they did offer to put that $ 78.00 towards the $ 3800.00 (min.) repair…
Don’t walk away, RUN!!!

Don’t be fooled by the false line ANY DRAIN, ANY TIME. Huge lie. I had three bathroom sinks that had clogged lines. Once the plumber was here he said the $ 77 is only when you have a direct clean out to clear the line. What happened to ANY DRAIN??? He said any time they have to go through the pipes under a sink it becomes $ 320. I also needed them to change other small valves and two faucets and again was charged ridiculous prices. I needed the faucets changed due to leaks so they got me for over $ 2k after the three clogs, two faucets, and one tub cover plate. The false ad and expensive rate is what is driving this rating down, but the second star is for at least getting the lines clear.

Although a few months late in my review, it goes say that Zach Blanco definitely made his impression and if you get him, I would definitely trust his recommendations. While they may not be the cheapest, I can definitely say they do quality work and you get what you pay for. They know what they’re doing and choosing the wrong plumber can cause even more issues later down the road…
tldr; — Had roots issue throughout inside/​outside drain system, new issues discovered, Zach went above and beyond to make sure all my plumbing issues were repaired including some brickwork damage during cleanup. He also fixed my sprinklers, faucet, and toilet!
Long Version:
Had roots issue bathroom sewer drain causing problems for over a year. Paid $ 500 to hydrojet my old lines 1.3 years prior. Previous plumber did not check sewer drain material and hydrojetted my old cast iron lines at 3000 PSI, causing multiple new cracks throughout the entire house sewer system. Before mentioning this to Rooter Hero who saw the extensive new root growth in previously root free areas, I asked them what pressure they’d used to clear my lines and based on their camera inspection they said they would not have used more than 1200 – 1500 PSI. It was likely that the previous plumbing company caused more damage to my old iron pipes.
As a result, I had to to replace nearly my entire 1^st floor drain system which the complete project lasted 3 weeks, but everyday they made sure I had a functional plumbing system. They must have had at least a dozen different issues as my house was far from straight forward. If I had gone with a cheaper contractor, I’m sure I would’ve been far less happy with the results. The whole repair was a combination of trenched pipe replacement, trenchless CIPP to inaccessible regions, and trenchless pipe-​burst for the outdoor main line replacement.
Zach was calm throughout all my upset periods during the 3 week long project but he was extremely helpful in finding a resolution throughout the entire ordeal. It has been 5 months since the project and there has not been buyers remorse. I think that’s best recommendation I can give.

called 818 435‑7233 Rooter Hero Plumbing for a blocked sewer line .
Service man came out and said it could not be cleaned with a snake and made up all kind of lies that the combination of clay & plastic ABS pipe would break apart and the only «solution «was a 1,400.00 hydro– power wash /​clean-​out. It was all B.S.
called another PINK Plumber and they cleaned it out for 200.00 with Saturday over-​time rate. Rooter Hero Plumbing was a total scam — buyer beware !

Vincent Acosta was our service tech. He was at our home in less than 90 minutes. He accepted our coupon for $ 59.00 to open a slow kitchen drain, and even power scrubbed our slow drain for for an additional $ 7.95. Granted we need to replace our main line but at least for now our drain is running again.

These guys are good. Jerry was the service technician for a call I placed with them. I found a coupon ad for $ 69 for a drain clean-​out. It just so happened that I had a slow kitchen drain which connected three sinks. Nothing I was doing to unplug the stoppage was working.
So I called the toll free number expecting something less than what I got. There was a cheerful person on the phone who worked on getting me a person to come to the house within 90 minutes. I mentioned the ad at $ 69 and expected a whole bunch of limitations like you can only use it if you have one eye in your forehead. She said they would gladly honor that and Jerry would be the guy coming to the house.
Jerry showed up and ran about 60 feet of snake to break-​up the blockage. When it came time to pay, he said it was $ 69 without any other charges. I was floored. Plumbing scams are so popular, I figured my kitchen and my body pipes were going to get rooter-​ed. Nope. The problem was fixed and the price was the price.
I have a 30 day guarantee if the plumbing plugs up during that time, they fix for free. I even got the coupon returned to me, if I need it for another sewer line.
